Christina Adler is outstanding. She not only understands different skill levels and limitations of clients, but also the kind of workouts each skill level requires. Christina has expertise in isolated and complex body movements and lifts. She understands how to partition and design workouts that flow effectively so clients see maximum gains in an hour or less of training time. Christina specializes in weight loss, strength and conditioning, and high intensity interval training (HIIT) amongst others. Her passion and dedication to her clients (rather than a "job") makes her retain and carry clients with her longer than most personal trainers. Christina practices what she preaches and makes sure to communicate that with her clients. She leads by example has has competed many times in bodybuilding successfully.
Glen has been a great trainer. I've seen progress while working with him and I'm glad to have someone knowledgeable helping me to achieve my goals. I have been working out with Nick for a year now and am very happy with the results I have seen. He is challenging, yet patient and fun. Nick personalizes the workout to fit my needs and is constantly changing it up. My workouts are more efficient and effective than being in a gym on my own. I have worked out with other trainers before but have never felt this transformed. Nick is an amazing trainer and I would highly recommend him.

Erin is amazing. She is genuine and gives 100% of her time to you and your time in her studio. She encourages without force. Her presence is calm but strong. She is constantly learning and sharing her knowledge and experiences. I feel at home in her studio. It is a great vibe and always, always an outstanding work out. There are a variety of classes and styles, but if you love the hot, power vinyasa, then you will certainly keep coming back to this studio for more. It's awesome.
My first day meeting Dave he told me and my battle that he was going to work us hard and have a lot of motivation. I said to him well this will be basic training all over again. He laughed and said when I get finish with yall , y'all will think basic training was a joke. I enjoy training with him, he is a very knowledge man and cares a lot about what he do!!
