"Matt is not only an excellent chef with the highest skills in making things taste (and present) beautifully, but he is also very good at listening to what the customer wants and working creatively and faithfully within that vision. He's incredibly nice to work with. He prepared a beautiful and tasty meal for my entire extended family (the RSVP number also kept growing, which didn't phase him) that had everyone raving, and he "tailored" it to the context. In this case, he added Oklahoma bison to his famous Bolognese sauce so we could have an "Oklahoma Bolognese." Everyone was fighting over the leftovers! I highly recommend him for large or small events."
