Rick is friendly and professional. He is obviously knowledgeable in the areas of health, wellness and fitness. His assessment and training plan have improved my strength and boosted my confidence. More comfortable training with him than someone at a gym who isn't really concerned about my goals. I look forward to continuing to train with him.
Linda was absolutely amazing! First of all, when I talked to her about booking the massage for my wife and I, she was camping at the time. She did not even hint that she may have otherwise been preoccupied and answered all my questions very promptly. She was genuinely excited for my wife and I on our anniversary and wanted to make it the absolute best. She even gave me suggestions for where to buy flowers to set the mood for the room. She and her assistant were both very personable and friendly. Linda made sure to ask questions ahead of the massage as to where we felt problem areas were, what pressure we preferred, and what was needed so that we were comfortable. They did not try to rush through any of this preparation, even though they had another appointment after ours (which we didn't know about until they were packing up) and helped us to relax as we are not accustomed to massages. During the massage itself, there was very little talking, only what was necessary to facilitate the massage. Otherwise it was pure relaxation and wonderful. Linda is extremely skilled and did an incredible job! She discovered there were areas that needed major attention and I can honestly say that I notice a major difference now with things like turning my head and being able to turn my upper body. She took a medical, health-conscious approach to the massage I received, as she does with every client she has. I can tell that by talking to her. After the massage was done, they were happy to discuss with us what they felt we should do to on our own to continue the flexibility and healthful benefits of the massage. And they seemed genuinely happy for being a part of our anniversary. My wife and I were definitely happy that they were!
Roderick has been training my 11 year old son for a few months now. My son loves coming to work out, Rodrick is excellent with kids. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a place for their kids to work out. He is very patient and teaches not only working out but also what to eat, a whole health package.
Chris is an excellent Physical Fitness Trainer! He is very professional and very knowledgeable! He utilizes his previous body building knowledge to educate his clients. He also applies his kinesiology knowledge to maximize his clients training sessions. I have never been athletic and have learned more about weight lifting and fitness from him than any other trainer that I have ever trained. Other trainers have left me looking anorexic and ill looking, but I have experienced very positive results training with Chris. I now feel like I belong in the gym. I am very fortunate to have a trainer that is compassionate about his profession and is willing to pass on his knowledge to me to become healthier and a better weight lifter. He has pushed me to lift weights at volume that I would have never imagined. If you want a trainer that can assist you with your physical fitness goals from losing weight, toning, and/or to body building, Chris is your ultimate Trainer!
Eric is knowledgeable, compassionate professional. My experience with personal trainers in the past left me a bit leery but he put me at ease instantly. He will challenge but not overwhelm you, and make sure you understand what you need to do and WHY to progress quickly and steadily. If you want to improve your health but don't know where to start -- or are a little intimidated by personal trainers who think you should already be in shape before you come to them -- Eric's style of training will be a welcome relief for you. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone as he tailors your training to YOU, not to a form from a book that says you should do this, that or the other. Call him. You will be glad you did.
Robert is a great trainer and cares about each of his clients! He is also extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of health and fitness. He is very attentive and makes sure you are using proper form and adjust my routine to me. He has greatly improved my mobility. I was experiencing some sciatic nerve problems at one point and Robert adjusted my routine and I have not had any problems in over a year. He also explains the different excercise and what muscles it will affect. Excellent Trainer!
Gary is a very intelligible and friendly trainer, but also keeps you on track and helps you by giving you friendly advice and answers any questions. And the fact that he is willing to travel where you are makes him a top choice. I go to a free gym and he is willing to travel there for me and meet me on my terms. Add that he is an actual AFFORDABLE trainer and there is no reason why you shouldn't at least try him out for yourself. Definitely won't be sorry! I would recommend him to anyone that is serious about wanting to learn a few things about there health and what they can do to live healthier lives.

Sports massage is also good for people with injuries, chronic pain or restricted range of motion. The massage therapist generally concentrates on a specific problem area. Sore neck and shoulders, anyone? However the Swedish massage I provide is the most common and best-known type of massage. If you want deeper work and can tolerate more pressure to get relief from chronic muscle pain, it's better to book a deep tissue massage, which is another form of Swedish massage.
