I've taken piano lessons from Luisa, for a year and half. Very professional. Yet fun and interactive.
I brought a guitar piece to her to see if it could be transposed to piano. By the following weeks lesson, she had it ready for me I sheet music. I was so impressed by this, as it was something she did on her own time to help further my music lessons.
Since bringing my daughter to Maggie for voice and piano lessons my daughter has been asked to perform at many venues. Maggie brings a host of different talents to my daughter including patience, a positive attitude and knowledge of developing children into confident performers.
I have completed 11 lessons with Heather!!!! She is a wonderful and supportive teacher. She is easy to sing around and calms any nerves you may have about singing in front of others. She is knowledgeable and has no problem explaining something if you don't know what she is talking about. I would recommend her to anyone interested in voice lessons. Her rates are very reasonable. I plan on continuing to go to her for my lessons as long as I can!!!!
My son is been taking drums lessons from Dustin, he is so happy and learning a lot with him, Dustin seems to be very nice and patience, like the fact that he is flexible in his schedule, if we can't do it at specific time, he will accommodate us in other time in order for my son not to miss his weekly lesson. I'll definitely highly recommend him to my friends.
Pierce Marks is probably the best guitar teacher I will ever have. While I was learning how to play guitar, Pierce and I were laughing and talking about the best and worst movies we knew. He is a Star Wars fan, so on his last day as my teacher before he moved away, we had a lightsaber battle in the living room with sticks. While I was his student, I learned a lot and I had a lot of fun. Pierce is such a fun dude and I would recommend him to anyone.
Lauren is the a wonderful piano and voice teacher!!! She has been teaching my daughter for about 3-4 years. My daughter looks forward to her lessons and will even practice! She is kind, patient, and is the type of person that you are happy your child would like to emulate.
I give affordable beginner or intermediate guitar lessons.
I have three years of experience in teaching ages from eight to 16, but I will strongly consider teaching anyone.
I emphasize teaching theories and techniques in such a way that allows my students to progress on their own.
Every learner is different, so we will explore a variety of methods to see what works best for your needs.
Simply Music is a nontraditional, playing-based approach to learning how to play the piano. Students learn how to play four genres of music: classical, jazz and blues, accompaniments, and pop. The goal of this method is to allow for piano to become something an individual can enjoy for a lifetime.
I teach guitar lessons and clarinet lessons. Along with the instrumental lesson, I teach music theory, and through theory, I teach improvisation.
I have taught students of all ages. I also have a bachelor's degree in music education, and I am currently working on my master's.
I teach multiple experience levels from beginner to pro. Unlike most private teachers, I am gigging three to six nights a week, playing music of multiple different styles.
I have the real experience that it takes to be a performing musician, and I'm happy to help you get there.
I teach private piano lessons for beginning through advanced pianists ages 6 and up. I have a bachelor of music in piano performance, master of music in piano performance and pedagogy (upon graduation in May 2015).
I have 5 years of private teaching experience and 2 years of collegiate teaching experience.
Piano is my passion, and teaching is my purpose! I'd love to share my knowledge and ideas of music with eager students at any level.
Please contact me for further information. Thank you!
I teach a private, extended lesson to include computerize theory. Periodic class sessions with other students for further theory and performance opportunities are available. I have several performing venues throughout the year and the opportunity to participate in contests. I am OMTA and MTNA certified as well as NCTM certified. I have a bachelor's degree in music education and a master's degree in musicology.
I teach voice lessons to students ages 5 and up.
I teach differently here, depending on the student's interest.
I teach classical, pop, jazz, country, and musical theater, along with contemporary Christian music.
I also teach music theory, basic piano, and music reading to interested students.
I'm not focused on how fast you can play, or what songs you can learn. Learning songs should be supplemental to your music education. It is the acting out of what you have learned. Physical proficiency alone with an instrument does not make a good musician. It needs to be balanced with knowledge, creativity and confidence.
