FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a monthly pricing option where clients can pay a monthly fee to get a set amount of sessions to use each month; I also have cheaper options where clients pay for 30, 40, 50, 60+ sessions at a time and pay a large bulk payment without having to worry about a monthly payment. I try to accomodate everybody, whether they can only afford twice a month (while still getting all of the same amenities, workout plan included) or 3 times a week.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically with a new client I give them a free fitness assessment to see where they stand as far as their health and weight loss goals appear. From there we design a workout plan that's easy to follow and set them up with recurring sessions with me so that we have a set schedule and build good habits. Sample nutrition plans are given based on clients desires as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am NCCPT certified and insured. I'm also CPR/AED First Aid certified. I have been personal training for over 6 YEARS now and have been a fitness enthusiast for over 9 years and have played soccer, tennis, baseball, wrestling, and football all through school. I worked for NexGen Fitness in Texas for over a year before moving to Oklahoma and going independent about a year after working for Custom Built Personal Training. I have files of clients' progress saved with people losing up to 30" overall, 80+ pounds, and over 20% bodyfat on many of my clients. My portfolio is lengthy.
