- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing varies based on the your budget and what design/look you are needing created. Because we do table linen rentals and catering as well it varies in price. You can request these items in totality or separate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we speak with a client to get their vision and details of the event. If there is a picture of something that need recreated we will do so to the best our ability, but picture can be very helpful. Our attempt is to get to know our client and their wants and anticipate anything additional they may need and to personalize it to them individual.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of what we do is learned through experience, endless hours of research and our own creativity skills.
