Scott did an amazing job with the sound, lighting, music and announcing at my wedding! He was very easy to work with, listened to all my suggestions and filled all my requests. He kept great communication with me throughout the whole process! I was very busy with all the other wedding planning and actually left out some important instructions for the reception music. He asked my preferences and I couldn't believe I had missed those details! He was very thorough and covered all the bases so I didn't have to worry as much! All the music was appropriate and still very enjoyable for all the guests who love to dance! My guests had a great time and the ceremony music was perfect. Couldn't ask for more! I would highly recommend Scott for your wedding or event!

    In the beginning, I was kind of nervous about using a small local business for my wedding, it’s your big day and you don’t want anything to go wrong, but I AM SO GLAD I DID! Ms. April was so nice and accommodating, I have the tendency to ask a lot of questions, (which I did) but she answered everyone quickly with easy and a smile. You can tell she knows her stuff! They were SUPER affordable and still managed to give me the wedding of our dreams. I had nothing 8 weeks out from our wedding (no linen, no centerpieces, no flowers, no party favors) I am so grateful to have found them she helped me find a venue, photographer, DJ and decorations in a matter of a week!!!! She does these photo back drops that are absolutely gorgeous. She really took care of us and made us feel like part of their family, she even bought us a gift. The crazy thing is I have talked to other people that have hired her and she apparently does that for every one of her clients, how awesome is that! We received amazing feedback from our family and friends on how beautiful everything was, how professional they are, and how creative the decorations were. I will definitely be using them for anything I have coming up in the future and I have already referred her to friends.

    It was a pleasure working with Rev. Rainey Land. We were having a small backyard wedding and some of the other ministers were charging ridiculous amounts for something so simple. Rainey was professional, nice and even gave us a guidebook to help with the vows. He did a wonderful job presiding over our wedding and we are so happy we choose him.

    Dirce certainly had her hands full with our wedding! We had to have two plans for the day considering the chances for rain on our outdoor wedding kept increasing as the day got closer. However, Dirce handled everything gracefully which in turn helped me be more calm about the whole thing. Overall the day was crazy but I wouldn't change it for anything. We all had such a great time. I can honestly say that Dirce's organization helped the day go smoothly even though the weather was working against us. A million thanks to her!

    Stephanie is beyond amazing...she can take something simple and turn it into something stunning! My husband was deploying so we decided to get married faster than planned and we were just going to go to some park and do it there. A week before we were going to do that Stephanie asked if i wanted her to help... she turned our wedding into something simple but beautiful in a week. She did my bouquet, all the floral decorations, even a beautiful flower piece that floated in the pool. Shes simply amazing and I’m lucky enough to call her a personal friend, she’s so selfless and a calming person to be around. She’s a beautiful soul. You would not regret choosing her to do your flowers!

      Jessica was extraordinarily helpful in helping my (now) husband and I organize our wedding in Oklahoma. She was extremely prompt in coordinating communication with our caterer, the florist, the photographer, the venue staff, the baker, etc. This was especially impressive because I was in Massachusetts and my husband was in DC during the whole time of wedding planning, so we weren't able to visit anyone in Oklahoma. She contacted everyone and made sure that all parties understood our wishes. Jessica also let us send all the stuff we needed for the wedding straight from Amazon to her work address, and she made sure that it was present at the venue on the wedding day. We were very pleased with how the wedding turned out!

Costs are greatly affected by region, with rural or smaller-town wedding planners often far more affordable than planners in higher-cost cities. Here are some examples of the various levels of wedding planning and their potential average costs:

      • Day-of-wedding coordination: $800-$1,700. Day-of services can include the planner finalizing all details, creating a timeline, confirming vendors and overseeing all setup, day-of activities, and cleanup. The couple does all the front-end planning and contracts all the vendors. Time commitment could be about 15-25 hours, depending on pricing.
      • Partial service: $1,500-$3,800. Here the planner works with the couple from the beginning, helping contract vendors, creating a timeline, and overseeing all details of day-of execution. Time commitment could be about 30-60 hours, depending on package and pricing.
      • Full service: $3,500-$8,000 or more. Here the professional handles all wedding and planning details including working on design, securing rentals, getting the venue and vendors, and handling complete execution of the event.
