- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do my best to be fair. If there is something more needed, more pay may be expected.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I let pictures tell the story as best as possible. I like to talk with the customer beforehand if needed. At best (at a charge dictated by distance), I'd prefer to visit the site in question BEFORE rendering any work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attended the school of hard knocks. Also, I've learned some from another handyman.
