The workers were on time and presented themselves very professionally. They asked for my input before beginning their work which I thought was great. They really seemed to care about the customer. They began working immediately and were very efficient. I was thoroughly impressed with the outcome. My house was left sparkling clean. It smelled fresh and not like chemicals which was a nice touch. The common areas were pristine. All the blinds were bright white again! The bathrooms were flawless. I really liked that they even cleaned the storm door glass. The attention to detail displayed by these ladies was exceptional. I could not find anything I would have done differently. I would recommend Home Maid Better to anyone! We will certainly use them again in the future! Thank you so much for a job well done.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is simple and easy to understand. We offer a flat rate home cleaning fee for a dwelling of any size. Whether a studio apartment or a 6 bedroom home we offer a flat rate fee based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in your home. Prices would only be affected if there is an obvious cleaning problem/situation that arises when our maids arrive which short of hoarding or post wild OU/OSU game day party cleanups hardly happens.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal is to make everything as simple as possible for the customer! To get started, all a new customer needs to do is visit our site, choose home size and service, receive a quote, and schedule. If you'd prefer, you can always call to schedule your appointment as well. If there are any questions, give us a call or email us!
