Rick is the best personal trainer ever. He guides and instructs you w/ exercises. He pushes you to your limit. If you feel the need to ask a question, he will answer to his best ability. There is no dumb questions. He is open to anything you say about the exercises. When I first began working out I did upright rows, it was hard bc I kept hitting my titties. Yes it was embarrassing but I told him so he just change to a smaller dumb bell.I like his studio bc there are no 360° mirrors. He doesn't judge on how much you weigh. He sees you as a person who wants to achieve their goals. I was only going to do it temporarily but I can't stop bc I love how I feel afterwards. So far I lost 19lbs & 7 n half inches off my waist. I started in the end of January going only twice a week. I hope you choose him. No regrets here. TREAT YO SELF, YOUR WORTH IT.

I started with A+ Fitness in March 2015 and can tell you that Roderick is an AWESOME guy to work with! He tailors workouts to your specific goals and needs. He has encouraged me to push beyond what I ever thought I could do! As a woman in my late 40's, working out doesn't come as easy as it used to and Roderick not only makes it fun and challenging but also is quick to make great modifications when I need them. I did my homework when choosing a personal trainer and can tell you he's the real deal, not only in fitness knowledge but in character as well. He has a true passion for what he does and it shows in the results he provides.

Rob is a rock star! I’ve been working out with him for about 5 yrs during which I’ve had 2 surgeries on my back. Rob has been a life saver helping with my physical therapy & recovery after each surgery (One of which he actually went with me to my follow up appt to discuss rehabilitation with my surgeon). He definitely knows his stuff and is a master at teaching new workout techniques and form. I would (and have) highly recommend Rob to anyone looking or needing a personal trainer. Will is very professional. I really enjoy the fact that he customizes my workout plan based on my current needs. He is a great at building report with his clients. He also will do a text check the next day to see how your body responds to the workouts. Its nice to work with a trainer that is concerned about clients safety. Will goes above and beyond for his clients. I highly recommend Will for beginners, intermediate, or even advanced.

Chris is an excellent Physical Fitness Trainer! He is very professional and very knowledgeable! He utilizes his previous body building knowledge to educate his clients. He also applies his kinesiology knowledge to maximize his clients training sessions. I have never been athletic and have learned more about weight lifting and fitness from him than any other trainer that I have ever trained. Other trainers have left me looking anorexic and ill looking, but I have experienced very positive results training with Chris. I now feel like I belong in the gym. I am very fortunate to have a trainer that is compassionate about his profession and is willing to pass on his knowledge to me to become healthier and a better weight lifter. He has pushed me to lift weights at volume that I would have never imagined. My experience with Karoserri massage has been wonderful! Typically after the third day I can really feel the difference! This technique has helped with more than just a physical relaxation, but with bio-energy as well. It was like hitting a "reset" button, leaving me feeling more balanced. Karoserri massage seems to help me with lymphatic blockages. Stacia is professional and fully capable of helping others get to their physical, mental, and energetic relaxation point of renewal towards health...in mind, body, and spirit. I know I won't be going anywhere else for my massages.

      Are nutritionists covered by health insurance?

      Nutrition counseling can be a critical component of good health care, especially for people recently diagnosed with diabetes or high cholesterol who need to adhere to a specific diet. People also meet with nutritionists for help developing a healthy vegetarian or vegan diet, developing an eating plan to lose weight or gain muscle, or improving their sports performance by changing their diet. Nutritionists may be covered by health insurance depending on your reason for meeting with them. Nutrition counseling is more likely to be covered if it is part of a doctor-prescribed treatment for a particular medical condition, such as diabetes, obesity, high blood pressure or coronary heart disease. For example, Medicare covers medical nutrition therapy services only for people diagnosed with diabetes or kidney disease, as long as they get a referral from their doctor. Also, insurance providers more often cover nutrition visits if the patient has been referred to a registered dietitian within the carrier’s network of providers. Insurance plans vary greatly, so research your benefits before visiting a nutritionist.

      How much does a nutritionist cost?

      A nutritionist provides expertise and guidance to help clients with all diet-related health matters, including losing weight, gaining muscle, improving their sports performance, and managing diabetes or high cholesterol. Nutritionists can help people learn to follow special diets in a healthy way, such as becoming vegetarian or vegan or developing a low-sodium or gluten-free eating plan. Nutritionists often require an initial consultation with a new client, during which they’ll take a medical history, assess the client’s nutritional needs, and determine the best course of action; this first meeting usually averages $100-$120 for a 45-minute to 90-minute consultation.
