Rick is the best personal trainer ever. He guides and instructs you w/ exercises. He pushes you to your limit. If you feel the need to ask a question, he will answer to his best ability. There is no dumb questions. He is open to anything you say about the exercises. When I first began working out I did upright rows, it was hard bc I kept hitting my titties. Yes it was embarrassing but I told him so he just change to a smaller dumb bell.I like his studio bc there are no 360° mirrors. He doesn't judge on how much you weigh. He sees you as a person who wants to achieve their goals. I was only going to do it temporarily but I can't stop bc I love how I feel afterwards. So far I lost 19lbs & 7 n half inches off my waist. I started in the end of January going only twice a week. I hope you choose him. No regrets here. TREAT YO SELF, YOUR WORTH IT.
I am so happy to have found Roderick! He is not just an outstanding personal trainer, he is devoted to helping people become the best version of themselves they can be. I see Roderick 3 times a week for 40 minutes each session. I've seen him 4 weeks now and I have definately seen improvement in my body. I am learning so much about different workouts and the proper form as well. He assesses fitness goals and adjusts the workouts accordingly to each individual. He is always on time, never negative, and always motivating. He puts so much pride and passion into his work; one can trust that he will give his clients the results they want to achieve, and he does it all with a smile on his face! Rob is a rock star! I’ve been working out with him for about 5 yrs during which I’ve had 2 surgeries on my back. Rob has been a life saver helping with my physical therapy & recovery after each surgery (One of which he actually went with me to my follow up appt to discuss rehabilitation with my surgeon). He definitely knows his stuff and is a master at teaching new workout techniques and form. I would (and have) highly recommend Rob to anyone looking or needing a personal trainer. Chris is an excellent Physical Fitness Trainer! He is very professional and very knowledgeable! He utilizes his previous body building knowledge to educate his clients. He also applies his kinesiology knowledge to maximize his clients training sessions. I have never been athletic and have learned more about weight lifting and fitness from him than any other trainer that I have ever trained. Other trainers have left me looking anorexic and ill looking, but I have experienced very positive results training with Chris. I now feel like I belong in the gym. I am very fortunate to have a trainer that is compassionate about his profession and is willing to pass on his knowledge to me to become healthier and a better weight lifter. He has pushed me to lift weights at volume that I would have never imagined. My experience with Karoserri massage has been wonderful! Typically after the third day I can really feel the difference! This technique has helped with more than just a physical relaxation, but with bio-energy as well. It was like hitting a "reset" button, leaving me feeling more balanced. Karoserri massage seems to help me with lymphatic blockages. Stacia is professional and fully capable of helping others get to their physical, mental, and energetic relaxation point of renewal towards health...in mind, body, and spirit. I know I won't be going anywhere else for my massages.
