For anyone looking for a personal trainer, Roderick is your go-to guy! He’s excellent at what he does. Every workout is tailored to each client’s specific needs and goals. The workouts are very challenging but he’s always encouraging. He believes in you when you may not believe in yourself and he pushes you when you feel like you’ve already given it your all. I’ve received excellent results pre-pregnancy, during pregnancy and post-pregnancy. Working out during pregnancy made for a smooth, quick labor and delivery. The results are worth it! I started with A+ Fitness in March 2015 and can tell you that Roderick is an AWESOME guy to work with! He tailors workouts to your specific goals and needs. He has encouraged me to push beyond what I ever thought I could do! As a woman in my late 40's, working out doesn't come as easy as it used to and Roderick not only makes it fun and challenging but also is quick to make great modifications when I need them. I did my homework when choosing a personal trainer and can tell you he's the real deal, not only in fitness knowledge but in character as well. - How did you get started doing this type of work?I have been playing sports my whole life. Knowing the ins and outs of how to gain weight, lose weigh and staying in shape is what i have been dealing with my whole life. I love to help people set and reach their goals.

- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?Had a client that was working with another trainer for 7 weeks and was getting discouraged because she was not receiving any results. She did not lose 1 LB. Once i took her on, after the first 3 weeks of working out she was down 2lbs and 5% body fat.
