My name is Derick and I am a sports coordinator at our local YMCA in Albany, OR. Kris was a trainer there and trained my people I know for weightlifting and basketball. Always great reaponses from these people. Also, Kris designed a special class for my daughter and several of her Vball teammates to help their vertical and explosiveness which in turn elevated their volleyball game. This class was really growing before Kris moved. I was sad to see him go. He is truly a motivator and great trainer. He is up on all the current methods and uses them to help those he trains get the most of their time, effort and money. Strongly recommended for your training needs.
