Noel is fun to train under. He extensive knowledge of yoga shows. She makes everyone feel confident no matter their physical abilities or skill. I always leave feeling amazing. All yoga should be therapeutic, and I teach a range of intensities, from very gentle to strong, but I always use an anatomical and therapeutic approach and cater to what the client needs.
