Summer Lily Yoga and Mentoring

Introduction: I am person of servitude. I thrive off of helping others, and I have a strong intuition to find solutions and a pathway to navigate the world. With my life experience, and my social science education, it is my goal to reach others through a compassionate conversation combined with a safe yoga practice that is suitable for most bodies. Yoga has been in my life as a personal practice for the past decade, and recently I felt the calling to teach the practice to others. I know that it is a practice that heals, and will aid in my goal of helping others along their pathway. I am choosing to meet students and clients at their home as a safe space, and be more personal and individualized to create the greatest impact.
