FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can discuss my most common packages and what would work for you during your first-time free session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All clients receive a first-time free 40-60min session. This will allow both of us to see if we are a good match. The Coach/Client relationship is really important, and I want all my clients feeling nothing less than excellent about working with me. On the flip side, I work with individuals who are ready to move forward and change their lives. Coaching can be challenging, and it requires commitment and a core level of honest with yourself. At the end of the first session, if we both feel like we are a good fit - we can talk about pricing and scheduling. If, for any reason, we are not a good match, I am happy to refer you to other coaches.
