Jerry and his team were brought on board pretty much at the last minute and performed beautifully. The food was delicious; the layout was beautiful, and his staff was right there keeping the trays full and the tables neat. The bartender was proficient in pouring drinks. The bar service was another area where it was a last minute decision on our part. That Food Guy was amazing in fulfilling what we needed. They arrived promptly and immediately started set up for our event. And, they stayed until the venue manager signed off on the kitchen and event spaces. We would definitely look to That Food Guy for other event catering. He and his staff were helpful, professional, and especially interacted well with our attendees. I've been in fundraising and event planning for many years and can say Jerry Crane and his staff are up there with some of the better caterers I've used. I'm an event planner and hired Julie for a 165+ person wedding this past weekend. She was absolutely amazing-- arrived on time, extremely efficient with set-up/breakdown and was friendly & personable with guests throughout the evening! I was highly impressed with her professionalism, ability to be a solo bartender for that large a guest list and wouldn't hesitate to hire her again and/or refer her to others for future events! My wife and I knew from the start that we couldn't plan a wedding for 100 guests by ourselves. After reviewing a couple event planners, we found Morgan. It was clear from the beginning that her personality was a nice match for ours, so we hired her for the full wedding package. She anticipated our needs and understood the level of effort we wanted to put into the big day (ie not much; we're fairly lazy, but we still wanted to throw a beautiful wedding). Morgan took our aesthetic, goals and budget into account at every turn, and was awesome at laying out each choice and presenting our options. She gently prompted us to complete tasks to stick to our timeline, but it never felt like a chore. She also connected us to amazing vendors. On the surface, she was so cool, calm and collected, she made it look easy. But make no mistake, Morgan worked her tail off, and in the end, everything came together beautifully with no drama. I can't recommend her enough!
Best money spent was with Don't Mess With The Bride because they deliver just that - no one messed with me or my love with any details to do with coordination of the wedding day. I couldn't have had a better wedding, everything was PERFECT - at least from my perspective and my guests. I learned later there were some hiccups that Will and Tom from Don't Mess With The Bride took care of yet during our event everything seemed to go off as planned. When I hired Don't Mess With The Bride I found much more help then expected. Will and Tom meet with me and went over all the details of my wedding. Let me say I was missing a lot. They helped me with details you don't find in books: like who is provides the napkins and then who folds them??? They were available for questions and support, which you will need! I love the company name because its what they do! Again of all the wedding expenses Will and Tom with Don't Mess With the Bride were worth their weight in gold!! I am so grateful to have found them!
I can't say enough positive things about the AMAZING service I received for the B-Day Party I planned in DeFuniak Sorings, FL. Audio To-Go DJ (Will Painter) was hired about one week before the party, lucky for me he was available. All of the pre- arrangements were handled professionally and the service was provided without any problems. This company listened to my complicated music needs and delivered! The DJ (Will) arrived on site at the exact time we agreed on and he went above and beyond to lend a hand with small things that needed to be done well outside of our arrangements. My guests and I danced the night away as Will played all of the right tunes at the right time. I highly recommend this company and DJ as they delivered exactly what they promise. Daylee was amazing to work with. She knew her stuff well, from catering to layout design, while helping us to plan our school prom. When we got to decoration planning, she brought in boards with photos and provided many ideas that would fit with our theme. These examples and ideas really gave us a better picture of what we wanted for our prom, and she was super willing to go with our thoughts and create one of the best proms we've ever had. On the day of, she came early and brought all of the decorations in her truck, helped us set up, and even stayed the whole event to make sure everything went well. Her dedication and commitment to making the event the best was outstanding, and we really appreciated it. Daylee is easy to talk to, fun to work with, and always on top of everything; she is probably one of the best in the event planning industry. As a Dessert Caterer, I had the opportunity to meet Lacy at one of our shared wedding. I was impressed with all the big & little things she was dealing with. Elaine is very accommodating and easy to work with! We ordered the fajita bar for an event with about 40 people and it was a huge hit! I personally loved the fajitas and the appetizers were a very nice touch as well.
As a picky eater and long time friend of the owner of Eats Creative Cuisine, I've been invited to many holiday events over the years for which he provided the food. From appetizers, to main courses and deserts; everything was simply excellent in terms of presentation, variety, flavor, quality, and freshness of ingredients. There is a time in a woman's life that is the most important day she will experience. A time that she daydreams of her entire life. On September 6th, 2015 Amanda and I both had the most important day of our lives! But every bride knows that it is a whirlwind to actually get to the day of the wedding with all the planning, collecting, and projects it takes to actually pull of the day. Six months before our wedding a perfect gem came into our lives offering to be a day of coordinator for our wedding for learning experience to build her business in the best way possible. Of course we jumped on the offer and met with Vanessa the next week. We had an instant connection with Vanessa and right away she became family to us. She expressed to us right away what she was going to do for us and we all started to plan that night. The first thing that caught my attention was her immediate organizational skills. She wrote down everything we talked about right away and threw in amazing ideas. When Vanessa left that first night Amanda and I felt like we struck gold! As weeks went on Vanessa kept in close contact with us, always asking how we were doing and asking what she could do to help us. Vanessa came out to our house to work on projects with us, to continue planning, and to figure out our venue prospects. When we finally decided on a venue Vanessa was right by our side meeting with the venue managers and coordinators. She asked every question that we didn't think of and she made sure that we got the best deal possible. As the day came closer Vanessa was a constant support system for us and kept us cool and collected as the stress of a wedding came closer. As most wedding do we had a few hiccups with our venue and Vanessa took charge and fixed all the little speed bumps that came our way. At our rehearsal Vanessa came ready to shine with her impeccable organization. She knew what she was doing and kept explaining how the day was going to go to our wedding party. When we left that day we knew exactly how to walk down the isle, where to stand, how to walk out, and had a plan how the rest of the wedding would go. Needless to say we all felt comfortable and ready for the actual event. Of course when Amanda and I went to bed that night we were so ready for our beautiful outdoor dreamy wedding. When we woke up the next morning it was down pouring. As a bride panic set in knowing that our outdoor wedding could become disastrous. Not even a minute later I got a call from Vanessa calming my nervous and telling me she has a plan. Instantly I knew the day was would be perfect. When my side of the bridal party and I showed up to help set up there were beautiful white tents up to cover our guests and us during the wedding. Vanessa made magic happen to make sure our day went perfect. She directed everyone what still needed to be done and we got all decorations and tables set up in a fashionable time! When we all went to take pictures Vanessa stayed and continued to make our venue perfect. When we arrived it was like a fairytale, she put her beautiful touches on everything. When the wedding started she gathered the wedding party and since it was raining we had to change quickly where we were going to stand and Vanessa took charge and quickly made a decision for us. As we started walking down the isle the rain stopped and the sun came out and all I could do is smile because I knew Vanessa must have pulled some strings with the rain Gods because only she could pull off something like that! Needless to say the wedding went perfectly and the reason I know that is because Vanessa was running her butt off to make sure very thing was perfect and even if there problems she didn't let us know about any of them she just took care of it herself. As the night came to an end and we were getting ready for our exit and Vanessa was still in great spirits and ready to make sure the last few minutes were perfect!! As we got into our truck and drove away we noticed that Vanessa had placed all of our gifts and cards into our truck for us to enjoy that night! Vanessa stayed and cleaned the venue and that night dropped off all of our decor and supplies to our house so that we didn't have to worry about anything. Our over all experience with Vanessa was beyond amazing. Not only was she our day of wedding coordinator but now she is and will forever be Auntie Vanessa to our sweet babies!! If you are looking for a dedicated, organized, passionate, loving, creative day of coordinator for your wedding Vanessa Humphrey is the woman for you. She will blow your exceptions out of this world! Wow. Autumn Rose is a real find. I'm in my late 50s and became a widower 2 years ago. When I started working with Autumn a year ago, I was burdened by the physical and emotional weight of so much stuff. Unwanted guests that are invited out of obligation i have heard some stories from brides during planning about the obligatory guest list that includes exes, and the guest they bring along . To avoid risking insults or going off on a tangent i will end it there. My earlier point was what started out as anger or disappointment ended up in laughter. That is part of what i mean about fun planning. However my easy going nature and often times silly sense of humor is all it may take to break the ice with these guests. I listen and observe whether I am there in the shadows or playing your music there will be no awkward silences or guests unsure of what or where to go. Thinking outside the box is a talent that has come in handy. If you prefer something less traditional and more eccentric this applies to your event planning, activities to be included, and a plethora of innovative ideas . Your guests will remember your event. I am able to apply these talents as your planner ,mc, or dj. The main thing you need to know is that i am a devoted employee that holds my ethics in the highest regard. As the client you ultimately call all the shots as i am there only to execute accordingly. On the other hand that can be stressful during the event if the client does not have 100 percent trust in us. We have state of the art dj mixing boards, sound equipment, microphones, fog machines and lights. I can assist in making sure your schedule during the event is on time with announcements. The time and effort involved in creating such a visual most find the modest fee to be a small price to pay for memories that cannot be recreated but it is not mandatory and is not intended to take the place of a photographer you may already have but rather compliments like the sprinkles on your sundae. .
