Backed by over 20 years experience in health and wellness education as both a medical professional and as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer my focus is on helping you to achieve continuous improvement week after week.     BSN, NASM Certified Personal Trainer

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I began body building, corrective exercise training and yoga as a teen when I was first diagnosed with Scoliosis. Thru these methods along with recommendations from my orthopedist, physical therapy and help of a personal trainer I was able to correct my curvature by 46%, avoid surgery and a life time of pain and immobility.
