- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to give the most accurate bid I can for the entire job before starting, and stick to the script. If it seems there are too many variables to do this, then I charge 60 dollars an hour plus travel time plus materials depending on proximity of your location to my shop which is currently 97220 in Portland at the edge of NE Sumner neighborhood near Parkrose. Most locations require me to charge a 3 hour minimum. If you are close enough to me or you have a short job that is already en route then this will not apply.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Making sure I am in a good mindset to communicate with people before showing up. Not every day is smooth sailing but a few minutes of breathing and centering can turn a bad mood good.

On the job experience, Self - taught through personal projects , mentored, a few vocational courses, library books, and internet.
