I've known Jos for over a decade and have been lucky enough to dine on her fine cuisine numerous times. I'm a foodie myself, but I'll say that Joslyn has a way with food- preparation, presentation and the love that goes into it all- rivaling few Ive ever known (and I grew up in an Italian restaurant family in Chicago, with immigrant grandparents and their cronies who were all about delicious cuisine prepared and delivered with soul! Just a clarifier!). Jos understands this world deeply. Consequently, she's full of creatives ideas and well-honed skill, and executes her abilities with ease and joy. Without any doubt, I would confidently hire Saucie Jos to put on a party of any size for me and would consider myself fortunate to have found her. She's solid!

Having seen Joslyn work several times, I can testify to both her skill and her attention to detail. Her creations will leave you weak in the knees, and she can work with whatever facilities you have at your site. Just remember to be frank with her up front about what your facility offers (space, equipment, etc.) so she can devise her strategy and minimize surprises. Joslyn is not only an excellent chef and organizer, but a very charming personality as well. She would be an excellent addition to your party or event!

Joslyn catered a wedding for a friend of ours. She was punctual and professional with a calming warm presence amidst the hectic festivities . The food was outstanding! She was confined by a restrictive budget yet the food excelled our expectations. She worked tirelessly throughout the ceremony and reception to make sure everything went smoothly. The food presentation was beautiful and appetizing. We can't think how we would improve our experience with her service. We recommend you to experience her food catering service yourself!
