Introduction: We use barkcode technology, which sends our clients an immediate email as soon as we scan in letting them know we're in service. GPS then tracks where we go, and also gives a detailed description during each visit. This holds us accountable and provides our clients peace of mind and Real-Time certainty. They know without a doubt the time that was spent with their pets. We love greeting the dogs everyday and seeing their faces light up because they're happy to see us!

They were able to fit us in last minute for cat sitting. They were punctual and sent us nice notes and pictures of our cats while were were gone. Will use them again.

Lexi Born of Tails and Trails is a true Superstar Top Pro. From the very first day when Lexi connected with our furry pet pup Kai she sat down on the floor and cuddled him with genuine affection. The digital scan records the walking time in and out the house. The affordable price was accurate and the auto Monday auto bank charge made the job hassle payment free. Tails and Trails deserves the very best customer review. The administration is awesome and there are no surprises. The daily photo and walk reports are terrific. We traveled out of State for the Thanksgiving holidays, and will most certainly continue with Lexi when we return home. The attention to detail such as wiping Kai's feet off before bringing him back inside the house is impressive. Lexi is also flexible to your needs and text msgs notices prior to arriving for her services. A true Professional we applaud and appreciate Ms Born for her work. All kudos to Tails and Trails for maintaining such high quality standards in their personnel. Our experience has been second to none. Thank you Tails and Trails and Lexi born for making our Kai a happy dog.

Pet Sitting

Great experience! Manager came to meet with me and see what to do for my cat. Very responsive when contacted for any reason. They set you up on an electronic sitting profile to make it easy to schedule and pay. My cat can be kind of shy but she came out the second day the sitter came and was able to play with her quite a bit. I enjoyed the daily pictures and check in and check out process.
