I hired Chumbley Construction for the complete remodel of my house before I put it up for sale. Noah worked with me on my timeline. Noah was on site for all the work, and was always there on the date we agreed upon. Since this was an investment property, I lived over 4 hours away and could not be on site for most of the work. I was not disappointed! Chumbley Construction went above and beyond to help me not only completely remodel the home, but also fixed other issues that came up with the home inspection....and FAST! You can't go wrong hiring Chumbley Construction, I will use them for all my construction needs in the future!
Details: Multiple room remodel • Bathroom • Entire house • Kitchen • No existing plans, but have a good idea of what I want • No, the project is not covered by an insurance claim • Within the next 3 months

I hired Chumbley Construction to build a support system for my retaining wall and fence (29 year-old original wall/fence) that was installed on top of the retaining wall. Noah and his crew did an amazing job on my project. Noah carefully looked over my project, listened to my concerns about the wall/fence, and gave me his ideas on how best to accomplish what I wanted done. He provided a detailed and very fair estimate that same evening. The work took 3 days, and I’m really pleased how well my project turned out. It’s obvious that Noah and his crew care about doing quality work, in a timely manner, and customer satisfaction. On their own, Noah and crew went the extra mile to also make sure my entire fence was sturdy by putting in extra nails on the boards. I will definitely hire Chumbley Construction for any future projects. Thank you Noah!
Details: I'm just starting • Repair existing structure • No load-bearing structures involved • Home

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With Chumbley Construction, you get what you pay for. Our company puts out high end products and is meticulous about the fine details. We do all of this while still offering our clients competitive pricing and piece of mind knowing that the job will be done right the first time.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we meet with all of our clients at the location of the project to discuss the details pertaining to what work they're wanting done as well as pull specs on the particular space that the job is going to be conducted in. Following the initial meeting we get working on pricing and itemizing out the project to give our clients a full breakdown of project costs. We provide our clients with itemized material lists with individual quantities and pricing so you know exactly where your money's going followed by a labor cost, project work description and a total project cost. We send out our estimates no later than 48 hours after the initial meeting for a typical project. After our clients review the estimate and give us approval we then draft up a contract to ensure both parties are held responsible for their obligations and review said contract with our clients. Should any revisions be needed we revise the contract until both parties are in agreeance and then sign; at the time of signing we typically receive the initial project deposit so we can get all of the materials ordered and on-site prior to the job start date so we can get working on your project as efficiently as possible. Once we start a project we are there tell its fully complete and our clients are 100% satisfied. Following the completion of our projects and after we ensure our clients are thrilled with the quality of work we then send out the final invoice.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
The owner and operator, Noah Chumbley, has been working in the trades sense he was old enough to be employed. He first started with welding and metal fabrication, he received his certification at the age of 16 followed by a degree in business by the age of 18. After a few years of working in the metal fabrication field, building everything from structural steel I beams for multi-story buildings to displays for Nike, he then branched off and worked for a residential contractor where he learned the ins and outs of residential remodeling and new construction. After a few years of that he was then employed by a much larger company where he oversaw the construction of large projects, such as condo and apartment complex remodels as well as new home and building construction. After he learned all he could there he then started Chumbley Construction where he sawt to raise the industry standard for quality, craftsmanship, communication and efficiency in the construction field.
