FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It’s never easy to have set general pricing because an analysis of each projects’ obstacles is almost always needed to determine the cost of a project. There are so many nuances and little details to consider before having an idea of how much a project will cost. Size of space, permits needed, types of finishes, appliances, custom finishes, special features - these are just a few of the things that can alter price drastically.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing we like to do is get a general idea of what you’re looking to do. This usually looks like us just asking a few questions and listening to what ideas you have. And if you don’t have any idea on what you want we can help with that too. After we get a sense of the project and decide if it’s a good fit, we begin the design stage. For simple designs that don’t require extensive work it is fairly quick. If it’s a more extensive remodel we suggest you work with our designer (or your choice if you have one already) to work with you to provide official drawings and plans for permits etc. Once plans are complete, we will go over the pre-construction info that will cover how the construction process will look like, expectations, communication and the likes. We then build out your dream space! After all is finished, we do a final walk through with you to make sure your happy and turn the space back over to you!
