Introduction: Hi We Thank You for your interests in our House Cleaning or Clutter Bug Services. Thumbtack only allows for One Cover Letter. So we've combined the 3 Services we offer. All our Quotes have these already factored into your Quote. * Equipment * Full Insurance * Thumbtack Service Fee * Replenish Cleaning Supplies * Labor for 1 or 2 People depending on the Size of your Home and Services needed. Most Clutter Bug Projects are Quoted as both of us as a $50 Team. Unless it's a Closet, Pantry, Drawers, Etc....Then it's just 1 of us for $15. Unless it's the whole House & depending on the Level of Clutter Also "if" your need Cleaning of certain "Areas" of your Home done, without doing the whole House, just look us up by our Business Name Online, to contact us directly. We will then give you a Flat Fee Quote, that covers the whole area needed done We like to start around 9-10 Am, so we have enough Time, to Clean or De Clutter your Home. We'll be done around Mid Afternoon-Late Evening, depending on how much cleaning or decluttering we have to do, to make your Home sparkle as new as possible. Cleaning Service we offer: * Move In/Out Deep Cleaning * Annual Full Detailed Spring Cleaning * Remodel Deep Cleaning * One Time Surface Deep Cleaning * Holiday Surface or Spring Cleaning * Special Events We also have Gift Certificates, for that special Someone in your Life. Here's a sample of our One Time Move In/Out or Residential Surface- Spring Cleaning List. This List can also be used for our One Time Standard House Cleaning, just we won't be going In/Out of your Cabinets, Drawers, like we do for our Spring/Deep Cleaning Clients. CHS Spring/Deep, Surface Cleaning Chore List * Washing Framework, Trimming & Baseboards of Spots, Dust, Spills & Goo  * Dusting all Living Areas, Including Ceiling Fans & Air Vents.  * Deep Cleaning all Windows/Sills- Inside Only, unless it's like the Sliding Back Door or a Window off the Porch, Front Door or off the Sidewalk Front Part. Just as long as they are reachable  * Kitchen- Scrubbing all Counter Tops & Splash Plates, Oven, Fridge, Small Appliances, Microwave, Fully Detailing Pantry, Cabinets & Drawers  * Bathroom - Fully detailing Shower, Tub, Toilet, Sink, Cabinets, Drawers, Framework, Trimming, Doors, Baseboards, Windows, Mirror, Fan  Bedroom- Making or Stripping & making the Bed, Dusting all Furniture, Getting under each Bed & getting all Dust Bunnies, Tidying up loose clothing, Toys, Paperwork, Miscellaneous, Washing all inside of Windows, Sweeping, Mopping, Vacuuming Flooring * Laundry Area- Wiping down & Inside of Washer/Dryer. Wiping all Shelving, Sweeping & Mopping Flooring, Getting Lint/Clothes from behind the W/D  * Sweeping, Mopping or Scrubbing Tile/Wood Flooring. This includes Sweeping & Mopping the Floor underneath Furnishings, Etc  * Vacuuming Carpet/Furniture  * Putting Items out of Place, where they belong  * Pulling all Trash/Recycling  * Sorry, we DO NOT offer Painting, Caulking or Steam Cleaning Rugs. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Organizing Services We all are Clutter Bugs. Their quote for our house was the best of the lot, and they lived up to their 'stay until the deep cleaning is done' claim. It was 100 degrees without air conditioning, and they battled on for 6 hours without a break. If I would have tried to accomplish the same, I would have been there all summer (Chris even took the oven door off my oven and cleaning parts I had never seen!). They also pointed out useful tips for us, as we are turning the house into a rental. Great job. Thanks.

Needed help to deep clean house. Am on social security, so funds are very limited, as is my physical ability to keep up like I wish I could. Chris spent 4 hours attacking my poor house, then had to stop based on the funds I had at the time. Scheduled him back today to try to finish the "deep clean" issues, working another 3-4 hours. Finished the biggest issues, and have scheduled him back on monthly basis, based on regular upkeep that I cannot do anymore, and continue with a few long standing issues. Was ashamed to have anyone see how much dirt & grime had built up, but Chris was very helpful, and worked really hard. I'm pleased and grateful to see how much better my house is looking, and anxious for the next time I can pool my "funds" to get his help again. I truly appreciate Coffman's realizing my limited finances, and can work with me!

Chris and Karrie arrived early and stayed almost 9 hours for a very reasonable price. Our house needed a lot of work, more than even I realized. They were up front with me and told me that in order to get the carpets clean I was going to need to rent a rug doctor so I did and they used it on the whole house. Karrie scrubbed the bathrooms clean and Chris organized our kitchen. I think next time I would do better at telling them what I wanted them to focus on (more detail in the kitchen) in the time allowed. It was a huge job for only 2 people in one day. But they did a great job and were kind and understanding people. Thank you!

    All our Rates are a One Time, Flat Fee. No matter how long we take, we will stick by the Flat Fee, unless the Client approves of the extra Charges. (Example, Client didn't have time finishing their Packing, Have us do other Rooms, not on thumbtack's Normal Quote) Square Footage How many Bedrooms & Baths Any Special Details. (Fridge, Oven, Moving Furniture, Laundry, Etc...) Labor of 3-12 Hours, depending on the Size of your Home Supply Cost Thumbtack Fee, This is a Set Fee of $30

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We get a Email or Text about the Services you need & that if you have a Question or not. We answer all Questions within a Hour or 2 because we are always busy. If you like what we Answer and want our Services, we then take down your Address, Phone Number & other important Information. (Like where the Key is, If you will meet us there, Etc.....)
