Only had one session. I've seen many different kind therapist or counselors and I get a nice fun honest caring and learning vibe from Angelia. Very opened in telling herself about her and letting each of us share about ourselfs. I'm looking forward to many more sessions to resolve our relationship as well moving forward for a much more knowledge in communication in my relationship

We hired Douglas Balzer to officiate our mid September backyard wedding in Vancouver, WA. Our ceremony was to start at 3pm with a rehearsal set for approximately 12:30, Douglas and his wife Jan arrived around 12 and left a couple hours after the ceremony (reception immediately followed). We were so relieved and thrilled that we had chosen to hire Douglas, not only because he was extremely affordable, but because he 'knocked it out of the park'! The custom ceremony he created to enhance our vows, and tell our guests the story of us, was so well prepared and beautiful. We were also pleasantly surprised by the added bonus of Jan's services, as she was a huge help with the rehearsal and choreography of the bridal party. Douglas and Jan worked together with us to ensure everything about the ceremony was orchestrated exactly to our wishes and pulled off without any complications or issues. Lastly, the Balzers are warm and caring people who very obviously love the work they do and take pride in that work to help couples transition into marriage, I would definitely highly recommend them!
Terry is a phenomenally gifted therapist who guided me through the darkest point in my life. Intuitive, caring, authentic and wise beyond words, she held a strong, safe container for me to fall apart during and after my divorce and put myself and my family back together. Her deep presence allowed me to trust her as my guide, and I consider her an angelic arrival in my life. My ability to co-parent smoothly with my ex-husband and raise two healthy well adjusted kids is due to the work we did together during our break up and directly after. If you are ready to release your grief and sorrow and step into a full, juicy, amazing life, Terry will be there with helping hands and open heart.
Dana is a blessing in my life. I have searched for her for a long time. I have tried many different therapists and never felt that they could quite grasp me or keep up with my ever changing thoughts, it is not easy but Dana does it with ease. Every time I finish a session I feel lighter, energized and clear. It is hard to put into words how grateful I am for her support. She is extremely good at what she does and truly cares. She has helped me tremendously.
We found Kate while my wife and I were looking for a marriage counselor. We were a little skeptical at first since we could not find many reviews for her. We took a chance and decided to get in contact with her and we were extremely happy with the results. We felt comfortable with her from the moment we sat down at our first session. She has been doing this for many years and it shows in her professionalism. She does not take sides and helps us to communicate open with one another so we can see each other’s views and concerns that arise between us, making it easier to calmly discuss and resolve conflicts. If you are curious about marriage counseling I would strongly recommend Kate.
Shantika is a skilled professional and a compassionate healer. I have found her emphasis on addressing feelings through the body is an excellent adjunct to traditional talk therapy in my own personal growth work. She uses a range of modalities that are very effective, but not as well know in the US - Family Constellation and Rosen, in particular. She is also an excellent massage therapist if the issue is simply sore or tight muscles.
We asked the internet who was the best marriage counselor . It gave us Shannon Batts. We have been going to Shannon for a few month's now . She has changed our way of thinking about each other and how to talk to each other without making the spouse feel like they are being attacked. Menopause just about ruined my marriage . With Shannon helping us to realize what we were doing. She opened my eyes to a new way of thinking, and how destructive I was. Total transformation in our marriage is what Shannon has done for us. Shannon has helped us get rid of old family ways in our marriage with lack of praise, thankfulness , love ,strong language, . Shannon gave us tools of thought to go home and practice with. To learn how to be with each other without all the negative . Jules
Linda Sheppard, of Adoption, Attachment & Family Counseling, is an amazing woman with an amazing family. Truly, she is a gift from God. Linda's compassion, love and experience with adoption and all the "good and bad" that come with this miracle, make her one of a kind. I am a survivor because of Linda. She personally made my family's journey of adoption and subsequent disruption one that we can accept, grow, and learn from. We have been able to move on to be a healthy and whole family. Without Linda's constant care and counseling, I honestly don't know how I would have dealt with the hurt, guilt, pain and grief that I have been through. I love Linda beyond words and will forever be grateful for her. I praise God for putting her in my life!
Troy officiated our wedding on Dec 29, 2013. He was so professional, so kind, so comforting through the whole process. Whenever I had questions, he always promptly got back to me. There was a period where we were sick or there ice/snow storms when we were supposed to have our counseling sessions before the wedding, so we were unable to meet him in person. He was kind enough to make it work & we used Skype to still talk in real time, so our wedding date would stay as planned. He made us grounded. Even though the wedding day was a big deal, Troy emphasized throughout the importance of our marriage & relationship. As we stood in front of our friends & family, we were nervous as could be. But, Troy lovingly guided us through it. I can't praise him enough.
There are so many counselors, healers, therapists, lifestyle gurus and professional advice-givers out there that it's easy to feel overwhelmed by all the choices. As a mother of three, I've spent who knows how much time and money looking for effective support for my family's health, only to find superficial, time consuming programs that may produce short-lived results (that require constant re-upping to maintain any effectiveness), but never really get to the heart of what we need. Nothing I've tried has come close to the kind of immediate, deep affect that working with Krista has provided. Her methods are so gentle and intuitive that it's hard to believe the powerful results. Within a week of our first hour-long session, my energy and sense of well-being were raised dramatically. I felt clearer and more confident in my body's ability to heal and was amazed when the results started reaching beyond the original issue for which I had sought her out. Five years later, I don't hesitate to turn to Krista first for all of my and my family's health questions, from nutrition to mental/emotional and relationship dilemmas. Her compassionate manner and truly holistic approach have given me the support I've needed to overcome blocks and reach my goals, without the confusing and often guilt-inducing yo-yo effect I've experienced with other practitioners. She understands that our lives aren't cookie-cutter and our issues aren't compartmentalized, and so is able to invest in the whole client and get to the actual root of a problem, instead of just temporarily easing the symptoms. If you've tried all the healthy living fads, diet programs, all the different therapies, alternative and conventional, and are still feeling stuck, please set up an appointment with Krista, and get ready for a breakthrough!

My approach to therapy is positive, nonjudgmental and straightforward, with a sprinkle of humor! I believe that change happens when we are ready, and sometimes, we need some help to make it happen. That's where I come in. We will work at your pace, and you will play a primary role in setting the pace and choosing what direction we go in. My office is a casual and comfortable place where you can come to focus on you.
My clients tell me that the many experiences and insights I have fought hard to learn let them know that they have been heard. They tell me that 'I get it'. Additionally, I have the ability to connect with clients and to develop a positive rapport quickly. I am able to help clients identify what keeps them from achieving the goals they are working toward and how to achieve clarity, a sense of direction and purpose, increased self esteem, increase their level of motivation, to find their passion, and to facilitate clients in living within their own value systems, not within the value systems of others.

I am a marriage therapist. I have been a counselor for the past 30 years as well as married for 30 years. I understand and appreciate how complex and challenging relationships are. All couples experience a variety of difficult challenges and struggles throughout their relationship. There will always be stresses and life changes that test a relationship. Over time and for a variety of reasons, couples develop consistent patterns of relating to one another. Many times, these patterns are very positive and productive. However, the patterns are often unproductive, and this is where a couple gets stuck. My job as a couple counselor is to help you identify these unproductive patterns and learn how to change them by acquiring new skills in order to achieve greater happiness, love and connection. Over the past twenty years, I have worked with couples struggling with a variety of issues, such as communication breakdown, conflicts and arguments, hurts and resentments, disagreements over raising children or having children, intimacy/sexual problems, extramarital affairs, financial disagreements and more. Every couple is unique in their own way, and the therapy I provide is tailored to your specific needs, goals and strengths. I look forward to working with you and helping you to achieve a more fulfilling marriage.
