First off, it turned out that I actually knew Felton. My husband used to train with him and he was a friend of a friend. Felton will definitely help you get your fitness needs met. He will kick your butt with Cora activities and strength training. He also assist with nutrition planning and monitoring. He's an all-around good guy too.
I first started training with Alex at West Coast Strength in 2013 after having my second child. In my initial consultation we just talked. Emily does an amazing job creating classes that are both a demonstration and hands on. They are fun, interactive and so knowledgeable! I have participated in both types of classes and everyone agrees how much fun they had, how much they learned and how great everything tasted. She is passionate about foods that are full of nutrition, taste and not difficult to prepare. You will be so excited to try her recipes and ideas. I've been working with Lucas for the past few months now--this is my first time using a personal trainer and I'm hooked. Lucas listens to my concerns not only with my body but with my appetite and catered a workout and meal plan according to my lifestyle. He started me off at a lighter pace but perfect for what my body needed to get accustomed to heavy lifting. He checks in with me every other day for an update to keep me on track. If I don't make it to the gym or have a cheat weekend, instead of making me feel worse about the situation, Lucas just motivates me to work harder. He guides me on what workouts I can benefit from most to make gains even if I have an off week. I can see changes and I feel changes and that to me, is what makes the pain and sweat worth it.
