The best gathering I've ever hosted! It was such a delight to have Liam in our home to prepare a delicious and festive holiday meal with friends. Not only was Liam a dream to work with, but his comfort in our kitchen, amazing menu options, yummy food, and his impeccable clean up made this feel like going out to dinner in your own home! Why should I ever have to cook when hosting again? Thank you, Liam - it was such a treat!

Great high-end, restaurant quality food, served in our own house, wow, it doesnt get much better than this. The bonus was a great set of leftovers.I highly recommend Liams services, he is open to working with you on menu items and dietary requirements beyond anything youll get in a commercial establishment.

I have hired Chef Liam to teach a cooking class as a birthday gift for a dear friend and also attended a multicourse dinner party that he prepared for a group of 8. Four of us attended the cooking class on how to prepare delicious vegetarian food (and it was delicious!). He is kind and funny and we all left with recipes, full stomachs, and an increased confidence in cooking plant based dishes. The dinner party truly showed off Chef Liam's skills as the Master Chef that he is. We had curried spiced lobster salad followed by wild rice and cod cake served on a bed of coconut-creamed corn, as starters. There were 9 dishes!I can't recommend Chef Liam enough. He has the winning combination of being a creative creator of delicious food along with a funny, kind, personable way of being that makes it a joy to have him in your home. Be it a dinner party, cooking class, or to come into your home on a regular basis to cook meals for the coming week and leave them in your refrigerator - he is your guy! PS - I've hired him to cook for a "tea party" wedding shower for my daughter this weekend.
