Hello, I’m a professional chef with over 25 years of experience. I’ve worked in restaurants along the west coast, as well as catering and private events around the country. I’m passionate about seasonal, local ingredients and my food style reflects my Greek heritage, and love for the Mediterranean. I was also on season 4 of Bravo’s Top Chef. And was honored as one of the Best New Chefs in the US by Food and Wine magazine in 2015.
