Introduction: Hello, I’m a professional chef with over 25 years of experience. I’ve worked in restaurants along the west coast, as well as catering and private events around the country. I’m passionate about seasonal, local ingredients and my food style reflects my Greek heritage, and love for the Mediterranean. I was also on season 4 of Bravo’s Top Chef. And was honored as one of the Best New Chefs in the US by Food and Wine magazine in 2015. Whether an intimate dinner for 2 or a fun party with friends, I offer a range of options from a curated coursed menu to a family-style meal. You can't go wrong with Chef Zoi! She's the BEST!!!! She traveled to us and taught us the history of charcuterie boards as they were being made! It was so much fun!

Chef Zoi cooked a private dinner for my new husband and me during our elopement vacation near Portland. The meal was AMAZING I really can’t say enough about the menu she created. The whole experience was great and I would highly recommend her for anyone’s event!

If anyone has the opportunity to host a special party, Chef Zoi will make it an unforgettable night and have your guests raving about it for days to come. I hosted a small retro themed dinner to celebrate my sister's milestone birthday. This was my first experience with a chef in my kitchen. Upon researching many profiles, I selected Zoi based on her credentials. Upon our first communication, I told her I pictured a classic prime rib dinner with a fabulous pre-dinner martini and fondue happy hour, incredible steak house favorites and a decadent dessert. She took it from there and incorporated the dietary restrictions into the menu. From the moment I opened my front door, I was greeted with her beautiful smile and personality plus. She came fully prepared with her chef gear and made her way around my small kitchen effortlessly. The food was spectacular, from the first course wedge salad with bacon and blue cheese followed by a peppercorn crusted prime rib; mini baked potatoes with creme fraiche and chives; wild mushrooms in Oregon hazelnut brown butter; roasted Brussel sprouts with lemon and parsley gremolata; cauliflower w/currants and pine nuts and topped off with a dark chocolate and expresso mousse with whipped cream and brandied cherries. I will recommend her to my friends and colleagues and most certainly use her in the future for my next very special event! Thank you Zoi!

Wow! What can we say about the "experience" Chef Zoi provided for us and our guests. We had a group of 10 people to share in our wine-release dinner party, and Zoi nailed every dish! To begin, great communication back and forth prior to the event. We always felt connected. She arrived right on time the day of the event, and her support team was punctual as well. She got to work, was gracious and my family really ejoyed the pre-guest arrival conversation. The food, well it was amazing! Chef did an incredible job pairing the perfect dishes with each of the 5 wines we served. The guests LOVED the food, the service, her engagement, and it was an incredible evening! We are excited to host another event soon, and will absolutely bring Chef Zoi back next time. A true artist and professiional, we highly recommend her for a great experience!

Found Zoi on thumbtack to chef a small get together on a Wednesday. Good was extraordinary, she’s an absolute pro in the kitchen, personable and goes the extra mile to make sure everyone is happy. We had her a second time and equally as impressed.
