About
I’m a local, friendly, and professional personal chef specializing in personalized in-home meal prep for individuals and families. I come directly to your home and prepare your meals right in your own kitchen, using fresh, high-quality ingredients selected specifically for your tastes, dietary needs, and lifestyle.
My goal is simple: to make eating well at home easier. I take care of the menu planning, grocery shopping, cooking, packaging, labeling, and kitchen cleanup. When I’m finished, your refrigerator is stocked with a week’s worth of fresh, homemade meals that are ready to heat, serve, and enjoy. Services can be scheduled weekly or bi-weekly and are customized around your household.
I look forward to hearing from you and hopefully cooking for you soon!

Chef W cooks for my mother, who has serious health issues. For a long time she didn't enjoy food at all due to dietary restrictions and lack of energy to prepare her own meals. Enter Chef W with a creative variety of delicious meals, all prepared with skill and care. My mom is over the moon. Chef W is very responsive and easy to communicate with as well. I highly recommend him!

W is great to work with! He customized my menu and gave me great ideas to meet my dietary needs. He is reliable and easy to communicate with, very responsive if I have any questions. The food is amazing, fresh, flavorful, and healthy, all at the same time. I strongly recommend W as a chef.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Contact me for a quote. I charge a flat rate that covers menu planning, grocery shopping, travel time, in-home cooking and kitchen cleanup. No hidden fees, no contracts and no subscriptions required.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact me for a consultation. We will complete a simple food preference survey to tell me about your dietary needs, goals, and kitchen setup. Then I'll send you a sample menu to get the ball rolling. Most clients are up and running within a week or two!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Nashville State Culinary School. USPCA Certified. ServeSafe Management Certified. Oregon State Food Handler Certification.
My training comes primarily from years of hands-on professional culinary experience in a variety of kitchen environments. I’ve worked as a personal chef, professional cook, and chef in private and institutional settings, developing extensive experience in scratch cooking, meal preparation, menu planning, food safety, and working with a wide range of dietary preferences.
My experience has given me a strong practical understanding of culinary techniques, kitchen organization, ingredient selection, portioning, and preparing fresh, healthy meals efficiently. I’m continually learning and refining my skills through professional experience, research, and staying current with culinary techniques and food practices.
