Kyle is a very knowledgeable and professional personal trainer. He was a huge reason I was able to get in better shape for my wedding. He’s also a pretty great guy I now consider a friend!Aug 7, 2019

Working with Kyle during my stay in LA has proven to be one of my best experiences with any PT globally. His professionalism combined with a keen eye for from corrected flawed techniques that have been left unaddressed for years by other trainers. This was communicated in a manner that was both kind and engaging making session with him something to look forward to.Aug 15, 2019
Kyle is great at helping achieve workout goals. He makes it fun and knows how far to push you to make sure the workout is effective without getting hurt. He also has a great personality and isn’t your typical over the top kind of trainer.Aug 11, 2019
I can't say enough good things about training with Kyle!!! He is a kickass trainer and really pushed me to my limits, for one, and i saw results pretty quickly in terms of building my strength and overall toning. Additionally, he is super knowledgable about why certain exercises work and was able to give me modifications for things i couldn't do due to strength or flexibility issues. We train privately and he was able to make it work with very little equipment and anything he needed to bring, he would bring without an issue. Last thing i'll say is that Kyle is also a really nice, funny dude and just a pleasure to be around. All around great training experience and highly recommend Kyle.Aug 8, 2019
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I offer discounts based on session packages purchased.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to start with a simple phone consultation, I’ll ask you basic questions such as what your goals are, what (if any) medical conditions you may have, what injuries you may have, and generally what your lifestyle is like. From there we set up our initial session, where I’ll assess your movement capabilities and further advise on how to proceed with a training program tailor made for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?NASM CPT/Brookbush Academy/CPR + AED. I also attended many training seminars through Equinox. Major ones are: Pre and Post Natal/Metabolic Conditioning/VipR Training/Kettlebell training. I also went through extensive technical training called EFTI (Equinox Fitness Training Institute) tier 1 -3 curriculum.
