- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to start with a simple phone consultation, I’ll ask you basic questions such as what your goals are, what (if any) medical conditions you may have, what injuries you may have, and generally what your lifestyle is like. From there we set up our initial session, where I’ll assess your movement capabilities and further advise on how to proceed with a training program tailor made for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?NASM CPT/Brookbush Academy/CPR + AED. I also attended many training seminars through Equinox. Major ones are: Pre and Post Natal/Metabolic Conditioning/VipR Training/Kettlebell training. I also went through extensive technical training called EFTI (Equinox Fitness Training Institute) tier 1 -3 curriculum.
