I contacted them to get a quote for tankless water heater install and to finish rough in plumbing for a remodel. They had the best quote and sent the nicest guys to our house. The water heater install was flawless and looks and works great! They installed 2 garbage disposals, a dishwasher and finished some plumbing. One of the plumbers even game me a no cost solution for a poorly installed sink. These guys are great!

I reached out to 1-800-Plumber for some projects in a new home which included installing laundry valves, reroute the water heater TMP, install PRV, evaluate a couple of leaks, fix a running toilet and evaluate and repair an odd sound coming from the garbage disposal. Great job by Michael and Dillon who performed the services. Definitely will utilize their services again.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will send a licensed and insured Journeyman Plumber to a customers home to provide an estimate before we do any work. For smaller jobs we will complete while we are there if the customer is ready. If it is a larger job we will email the estimate to the customer in a day or two. The customer can then schedule the job by contacting us or accepting the estimate. We will communicate with the customer from beginning until the end of the job.
