Our beautiful finished basement flooded twice in 48 hours during successive record breaking torrential rainstorms. My husband and I (not young people) were a tag team all day and night, taking turns with a borrowed wet vac, trying to keep up as gallons of water gushed in. We hauled books, artwork, and electronics up in shopping bags to the first floor. Turns out the sump pump had quit! The restoration company we had hired to help with the dry out had no plumbers on staff and couldn't do anything to help until water stopped coming. We had a break in the weather with more rain on the way. We put out a call via Thumbtack and got a quick response from Glenn, who sent out plumber Joe within a couple of hours. Joe was great: kind and friendly and efficient. He replaced the sump pump, the water stopped coming in, and we pretty much went to bed and slept round the clock. Glenn and Joe are our heroes! Joe says they do all sorts of handyman projects- not just plumbing. We will hire them again.

Andrey Kosmin utilizes one or two other individuals to work with him on remodeling projects such as mine. Both have extensive experience in the business, as does Andrey. I found him to be honest, straightforward, punctual and precise. He does not cut corners, insists on doing the job you hire him for in a professional manner. He provides information on what he believes to be the best approach to your project, then proceeds to perform exactly as the customer asks. He is not satisfied with anything less than a perfect job. His prices are very reasonable, although you can find contractors who will agree to do your job at a somewhat lower price. In my experience with Andrey and Viewpoint NW, you will not get a better result from another contractor. One area not listed in the ratings scale is courtesy. He gets another five stars in that area. Pay just a little more and you'll not regret it with this outfit. They'll be my first choice for future projects.

Creekscape Design executed a top-notch renovation job on our backyard deck/patio. We were highly impressed with the owner Juan, who offered us excellent customer service, communication and follow-through with our project from beginning to end! We were especially impressed with how we gave him a few inspiration images and he gave us excellent design feedback and even detailed CAD sketches; helping us to achieve what we wanted within our budget limitations. His recommendations were excellent and he didn't flinch when we had unexpected issues come up within the job. Creekscape seriously puts customer satisfaction first and we were so happy with the work, the crew and the results. If you have a backyard renovation in mind, whether it be replacing a deck, putting in a hardscape patio, or landscaping the backyard...don't hesitate to call Juan at Creekscape Design. They did seriously excellent work!

Michael did a great job and was friendly to boot. He originally gave me a quote for hauling away the debris from a small structure demolition in our backyard. Upon his arrival I decided to haul away the debris myself to save a few bucks. I didnt realize how quickly MGM worked and by the time I told Michael, he'd already loaded his work vehicle with a load of debris. He just smiled, told me he'd rather not go to the dump anyway and happily unloaded his vehicle, then piled the rest of the debris on top which made it easy for me to deal with. Overall I had a great experience and will definitely use MGM again for upcoming projects.

Robert did some demolition work on our concrete patio and laminate floors. It was not easy work and he was always on time and his original bids didn't change. He also made a new cedar front staircase for us which looks great! Highly recommended!

Mike did three day demolition for our house remodeling. including partitions, ceiling structure, cabinetry and entire master bathroom. Mike was responsive, understands client's need, very positive, easy to talk to, pleasant to work with. His team completed work fast as scheduled, did proper protection, cleaned up after each day.

I supplied the base, shower walls, plumbing fixtures and floor tile. The bath was done in 2 stages due to delays by Kohler in delivering items ordered. Demolition took place along with behind the walls plumbing, installation of the shower base and tile, and venting of new fan outside. The team, Mark and Audrey were prompt, professional, pleasant and excelled at all aspects of the removal and installation. Second phase completed priming and painting, installation of shower walls, completing of floor tile/trim, installation of towel bars etc. Once all was complete it was time to measure and install frameless shower doors. My installation was particularly challenging as the large shower panels couldn't make it up the spiral staircase. Mark and Audrey built a ramp to pull the panels up the the roof, then through the bedroom sliding doors. Every was done with the utmost care. There was one miscommunication about the shower doors that were to be installed. Paul immediately had the issue addressed and the doors were completed to my total satisfaction. I was totally impressed with the professionalism Paul, Mark and Audrey and absolutely love the work that they did. I was so pleased we are going to have them do our vanity/dressing area next. The picture below is before the glass shower doors.

George drove ro my home out of town to provide me with a quote for mobile home demolition and removal. He was by far the most knowledgable, straightforward, fair and friendly contractor I had spoken to about the project. The other companies I spoke with were somewhat flakey and rude. I'm looking forward to having George on the job.
