Introduction: Zumba is a highly contagious, fun filled hour of dancing to workout. People can burn upwards of 1000 calories during a 1 hour session and it feels like your just dancing with friends!
Partner dancing includes everything from ballroom (foxtrot, rumba, cha cha, waltz etc..) to salsa and swing for outdoors events! Partner dancing is a great way to keep learning a new skill and have fun by yourself or with a loved one. There is no need to start out with a partner. Dancing is really fun and social.
