Shera Lynn does a fantastic job. I struggle with a couple of previous sports injuries, she listens to understand not just the current symptoms but quickly gets to root cause and the impacts on surrounding tissues and muscles. Chronic pain in my shoulder and hamstring have decreased dramatically since I've been under her care. I'm a regular, and would recommend her therapy to anyone.
Marcus' programming was very clear and specific to my abilities. I had huge improvements in my strength, mobility and fat loss. I started out with more of a bodybuilders bro split mentality, and he educated me on the need for a movement, joint by joint approach for optimizing my daily life and body. I highly recommend Marcus, as you will get an education, attention to detail, and workouts that are specific to your current training level. He has a mentality that you have to "Earn" the right to perform more challenging movements. The Fatloss was way easier then I thought it would be. There is an initial assessment period and evaluation of my current eating habits, then a diet was constructed which fit my eating lifestyle. Marcus advised to shoot for a weight-loss of roughly 1% of Bodyweight per week, and thats exactly what happened, with slightly more or less on different weeks. Again, I would recommend Marcus' fitness and nutrition programming to anyone, he is very experienced, friendly and knowledgable...and most importantly it worked and is working for me!!
Alex is great. He offers the right amount of push to get you through your workout safely and successfully as well as knowledge on supplements and nutrition. He cares about your goals and is thoughtful on how you will accomplish them.

Wanted to take a moment to share about the work Erin has done. First of all, she was able to catch an underlying autoimmune disease that I had suffered with for way-too-long. While we (my husband and I) feel grief and anger because this health condition has been missed for too many years; we now know what we are battling and are relieved there are answers. I became connected with Erin because I needed a nutritionist and she presented her credentials to me and I was hooked. Best nutritionist ever. Gets back to you within about 5 minutes max. Gives you his personal cell phone number, writes your entire diet and tracks progress. I've texted this guy at 11pm before and he responded to me in about 3 minutes. Very educated and knows what hes doing. Cant go wrong!
