- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Currently, I am not charging clients any service/planning fee for my services. This means that I will help you plan your vacation from start to finish at no extra cost to you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After you reach out to me, I will send you a new client intake form. This form helps me understand your vision for your trip, as well as your ideal way to travel. If you are looking for full service trip planning, we will schedule a phone call to discuss next steps and for me to get to know what you are looking for better. If you are just looking for help with accommodations, after you complete your intake form, I will start curating options for you. We will then set up a phone call to go over what I have found, to narrow down and potentially help you find the perfect hotel for your trip.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I would recommend thinking about your budget (both total as well as nightly accommodation), location, and what your must haves would be for your vacation.
