Latest Review: I started a personal weight loss journey by myself in January 2018. For five straight months I was losing weight consistently with my own workout plan and diet. I all of sudden stopped losing weight. Week by week I would weigh myself and nothing would change. I was extremely frustrated. I started thinking very negatively and wanted to give up on exercising and dieting. Then I met personal trainer, Jeremy Franklin at the Redmond Athletic Club. I had a consultation with him and then a training session. He explained to me the importance of a well balanced portioned diet as well as incorporating high intensity interval training to my weight loss plan. I started training sessions with him and loved it. His workouts were extremely challenging. After my sessions I would feel sore, tired, and inspired! He pushed me hard and helped me rebuild my confidence mentally and physically. He formulated a customized meal plan for me, checked in with me consistently, and motivated me to work hard. I started losing more weight, and then inches, and my self esteem started to come back. In one month, I lost 13 lbs training with him. Having Jeremy as a personal trainer is like having a coach that inspires me to keep going. He truly goes above and beyond for his clients. I know with his support, knowledge, motivation and expertise,I am going to reach my goal someday. Thank you Jeremy for being an amazing personal trainer!
