Israel and Jorge were very responsive to our initial request for bid, showing up a couple days later. We were able to schedule the roof cleaning for our HOA when it was convenient for us. The bid was reasonable for the Oregon coast, although more than we would pay in Portland, which is what we've come to expect. They showed up exactly on time, introduced themselves and got right to work. When they were finished they showed pictures of the clean roofs and told me a couple of the gutters were plugged and cleared by them. I would definitely recommend Lakeside for your roofing needs.

Israel's team is ON IT!! I am so impressed with their ability to show up for the estimate and then schedule, AND PERFORM work virtually immediately!! This is inconceivable in these parts...and the price is very reasonable. So this is the way roofers can actually work!! Work quality looks impeccable and is guaranteed for ten years. Israel even fixed some very minor damage, a drain pipe, without complaint or hesitation. This crew came from 3 hours away and finished in 2.2 days. When I visited the site and Israel was briefly away, one of the crew even wanted to come off the roof for me to talk to him. I am so impressed and thankful for Lakeside construction! Would hire again without doubt. On time, on budget, thank you!!

Israel and his crew did a fantastic job. He repaired the leaks in our roof and dismantled a significant back deck. We wanted to tear it out, he completed the project ahead of his estimated time. It was a 100 degree day so he started at 8am. Checked with our neighbors and no one heard his equipment. Totally recommend Lakeside for your project
