I hired it's party time/it's BBQ time for my company's summer picnic. When I initially talked to Viki she was very professional, insured me that she would take care of everything, sent me multiple options for my event with quotes to match. I was super excited because this is the first time I have planned something like this on my own and it sounded like they were a one stop shop! As it got closer to the event communication with Viki was a bit of a struggle. There were multiple problems with the liability insurance needed (the event was taking place at a public park). I would send Viki emails and not get a response. I would call and talk to someone other than Viki who wouldn't relay my messages on. I ended up having to coordinate with her contact at Farmers insurance in order to get everything that was needed on the insurance end. I planned the whole event but was actually unable to make it. I was told by MANY of my coworkers that the food was some of the best they've had, and that the staff that was there serving and bartending was super friendly and professional. In the end I would definitely consider working with Viki and It's Party Time Catering again. If I had any advice for them I would say - please work on your communication! I know juggling multiple events is tough, but please follow through with any questions or requests that come your way.
My wife and I knew from the start that we couldn't plan a wedding for 100 guests by ourselves. After reviewing a couple event planners, we found Morgan. It was clear from the beginning that her personality was a nice match for ours, so we hired her for the full wedding package. She anticipated our needs and understood the level of effort we wanted to put into the big day (ie not much; we're fairly lazy, but we still wanted to throw a beautiful wedding). Morgan took our aesthetic, goals and budget into account at every turn, and was awesome at laying out each choice and presenting our options. She gently prompted us to complete tasks to stick to our timeline, but it never felt like a chore. She also connected us to amazing vendors. On the surface, she was so cool, calm and collected, she made it look easy. But make no mistake, Morgan worked her tail off, and in the end, everything came together beautifully with no drama. I can't recommend her enough!
Lovely snow princess who my daughters and party guests were thrilled to meet. She is not the most skilled face painter but, the kids didn't seem to care.

Lacy was a pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond to make our special day perfect. Not only was she an excellent coordinator, but she also provided invaluable insight and suggestions that helped in our decision making leading up to the wedding day. Without Lacy, the day would not have turned out like it did. She is an extremely responsive, a great communicator, talented when it comes to calming the nerves of the wedding party, and just a wonderful person who truly cared about us and our wedding day. I hosted a birthday party for my father's 79th and it was catered by Elaine and Austin. They brought a roasted turkey (also brined, rubbed and basted with herbed butter) with garlic mashed potatoes, gravy and veggies. Everyone loved the food, especially my dad. Everything was hot, ready to serve, right on time and delicious! Prices were very reasonable too!! I will definitely hire them again.
Jeff's retirement party was excellent and really beautifully set up. We should have been using Wendy and her crew for the last ones of these we held. What a treat to have it done right. Thanks for the great event, Wendy!

We use Treadway Events anytime we want to throw a big party! Give them an idea of the party you want to throw, and they provide the red carpet, lighting, stage, etc... They also set-up, and tear-down, as well as remain for the entirety of the event, just in case. As small business owners, we are busy enough planning and working the event ourselves, that we simply don't have the extra time to set-up, nor the energy to teardown late in the evening, as well as manage the equipment. Paul just catered mine and a friend's multi day birthday party. He prepared three WONDERFUL meals three days in a row. As a long time friend of ours he was incredible at balancing his responsibilities as caterer (which I assure you he took very seriously) with his ability to have fun with the group!! The meals were all meticulously made and served just when the group was getting antsy. Seriously, his menu was beautiful and delicious. I would highly suggest you give him a shout. Ps he has experience with carnivores, vegetarians, and vegans so don't be worried about that!!
There is a time in a woman's life that is the most important day she will experience. A time that she daydreams of her entire life. On September 6th, 2015 Amanda and I both had the most important day of our lives! But every bride knows that it is a whirlwind to actually get to the day of the wedding with all the planning, collecting, and projects it takes to actually pull of the day. Six months before our wedding a perfect gem came into our lives offering to be a day of coordinator for our wedding for learning experience to build her business in the best way possible. Of course we jumped on the offer and met with Vanessa the next week. We had an instant connection with Vanessa and right away she became family to us. She expressed to us right away what she was going to do for us and we all started to plan that night. The first thing that caught my attention was her immediate organizational skills. She wrote down everything we talked about right away and threw in amazing ideas. When Vanessa left that first night Amanda and I felt like we struck gold! As weeks went on Vanessa kept in close contact with us, always asking how we were doing and asking what she could do to help us. Vanessa came out to our house to work on projects with us, to continue planning, and to figure out our venue prospects. When we finally decided on a venue Vanessa was right by our side meeting with the venue managers and coordinators. She asked every question that we didn't think of and she made sure that we got the best deal possible. As the day came closer Vanessa was a constant support system for us and kept us cool and collected as the stress of a wedding came closer. As most wedding do we had a few hiccups with our venue and Vanessa took charge and fixed all the little speed bumps that came our way. At our rehearsal Vanessa came ready to shine with her impeccable organization. She knew what she was doing and kept explaining how the day was going to go to our wedding party. When we left that day we knew exactly how to walk down the isle, where to stand, how to walk out, and had a plan how the rest of the wedding would go. Needless to say we all felt comfortable and ready for the actual event. Of course when Amanda and I went to bed that night we were so ready for our beautiful outdoor dreamy wedding. When we woke up the next morning it was down pouring. As a bride panic set in knowing that our outdoor wedding could become disastrous. Not even a minute later I got a call from Vanessa calming my nervous and telling me she has a plan. Instantly I knew the day was would be perfect. When my side of the bridal party and I showed up to help set up there were beautiful white tents up to cover our guests and us during the wedding. Vanessa made magic happen to make sure our day went perfect. She directed everyone what still needed to be done and we got all decorations and tables set up in a fashionable time! When we all went to take pictures Vanessa stayed and continued to make our venue perfect. When we arrived it was like a fairytale, she put her beautiful touches on everything. When the wedding started she gathered the wedding party and since it was raining we had to change quickly where we were going to stand and Vanessa took charge and quickly made a decision for us. As we started walking down the isle the rain stopped and the sun came out and all I could do is smile because I knew Vanessa must have pulled some strings with the rain Gods because only she could pull off something like that! Needless to say the wedding went perfectly and the reason I know that is because Vanessa was running her butt off to make sure very thing was perfect and even if there problems she didn't let us know about any of them she just took care of it herself. As the night came to an end and we were getting ready for our exit and Vanessa was still in great spirits and ready to make sure the last few minutes were perfect!! As we got into our truck and drove away we noticed that Vanessa had placed all of our gifts and cards into our truck for us to enjoy that night! Vanessa stayed and cleaned the venue and that night dropped off all of our decor and supplies to our house so that we didn't have to worry about anything. Our over all experience with Vanessa was beyond amazing. Not only was she our day of wedding coordinator but now she is and will forever be Auntie Vanessa to our sweet babies!! If you are looking for a dedicated, organized, passionate, loving, creative day of coordinator for your wedding Vanessa Humphrey is the woman for you. She will blow your exceptions out of this world! Vanessa thank you so much for your support and love for weddings because we wouldn't have been able to do half of what we did without you!! We love you to the moon and back!!
Victoria is very responsive and cooperative. I contacted her only two weeks before my son’s birthday party, but she managed to decorate the party in my preferred theme within that short period of time. She is very professional and punctual. If you’re looking for someone with good work ethic and within budget, she is the one.

She went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. Absolutely worth every penny! It was so beautiful and it was amazing to be able to relax and just enjoy the party because EVERYTHING was taken care of!! She made sure every tiny detail was taken care of. My wife should be writing this review, but I want to take a moment to tell you what a great job Lisa (my wife) and Soleil Bliss Event Productions did for us. We had been planning our wedding for about 13 months and from the very beginning my wife knew she wanted a planner. Liz drove from Vancouver, WA to Seattle to meet with us as purely a consultation. Our first impression of Liz was here is a woman who knows how a wedding should be done. Within five minutes we knew we had found our planner. As my wife's vision of the wedding changed over the 13 months Liz was there every step of the way to help with any problems or offer solutions on how to make her plans become reality. The amount of stress that Liz took off my wife's shoulders as our special day drew near was astounding. On the day of our wedding Liz was able to fix a major dress malfunction, whip out two corsages for my wife's mother and my mother, coordinate a less than accommodating venue staff in reference to their idea of decorating, and all this was done after she had stayed up until close to 2 AM to decorate our ceremony and reception areas. Liz took a great event, location, setting, and environment and transformed it into something completely phenomenal. Our expectations were so far exceeded that we could not believe what she had created was our wedding. Thank you so very much Liz. I can't urge anybody reading this enough to talk with Liz and let her plan and coordinate your wedding. You will not regret a single moment nor worry in the slightest that your event will be anything less than extraordinary.
I highly recommend Melissa Rubin for her party planning services. She put together a fabulous graduation party for my son for which we received many compliments. Not being a party planning person myself, I appreciated Melissas fresh ideas, attention to detail and take charge attitude. She was very willing to do as much or as little as I needed help with. She has many contacts in the business and her coordination was instrumental to a well-run event. I would not hesitate to work with her again.

I can speak several languages. Familiar with different customs so I am very adaptable to most any event. I have in my lifetime Bartendering well close to 1,000 weddings of numerous different types ( Kosher, Persian, Chinese, Korean , Gay) Mat/Bar Mitzvah, Quineanera . Plus most find me efficient and very amusing as a server who interacts with the guest to make a more memorable expieriance. I like to make drinks. I make really great drinks. I have seen a party die because the guest made their own. Since it was my brothers party I stepped in. The party atmosphere changed. To make a simple drink a little more special, a little something else made JUST for them. Well, it changes their attitude to enjoying themselves. Especially with the holiday season, a "special" drink or two helps the mood of festivities this time of year, or any time The satisfaction comes when at the end of the night the guests come up and shake my hand, ask me my name or the reciepe to something I made them that night. Because they had a good time. A good party requires, things to be memorable, the event itself is always #1, add in the ambiance, the hosts, the food/liquor and the service that the staff provide all together make it a success.
