Alex and his crew built a porch cover addition for me and my family from scratch. Framing, siding, gutters and roofing. He explained all his reasoning for his processes when I had questions and adequately took care of any concerns while reassuring me the quality was built to last. Easily would recommend him as a contractor for these types of projects!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There will be no fees really. Discounts vary. Negotiation always leads to fair pricing that works within a customers budget, and the business is able to be profitable as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Feel-out process would be the first thing. Basically have a phone conversation, and if drawings aren't involved, a site walk is necessary. We then establish a vision that fits for the customers, and I am prepared to give them a rough estimate in a wide price range until I am able to thoroughly estimate the project and all of its costs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have learned on the job for years, came into construction at 16 and was already a foreman by 18 years old. Also have taken lead certification classes.
Learned most code/engineering just by having to build jobs to certain standards and have inspectors, architects, and engineers explain their reasoning for construction methods used giving me a broad sense and understand of the whole construction field.
