- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in providing fair, transparent pricing with no hidden surprises. Our estimates clearly outline the scope of work, materials, labor, and debris removal or disposal fees when applicable. We use quality materials and stand behind our workmanship with a warranty for your peace of mind. We understand that every project and budget is different, so we work with our customers to explore options that fit their needs without compromising quality. We may also offer discounts depending on the project. Our goal is to deliver the best possible value, communicate openly about costs, and make sure you feel confident and comfortable from start to finish.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with getting to know the customer, listening to their ideas, and understanding their goals, budget, and vision for the project. I then schedule a consultation to assess the work, discuss options, and provide a detailed estimate outlining the scope and costs. Once we agree on everything, we provide a contract, coordinate materials and scheduling, and keep the customer informed throughout the project. My goal is to make the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible while delivering quality workmanship and treating every customer’s home with the same care and respect I would give my own.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from over 10 years in the construction industry, including project management and hands-on experience with residential and commercial renovations. Over the years, I’ve gained valuable knowledge in coordinating projects, managing crews, selecting materials, and maintaining quality standards. My husband also brings years of field experience, and together we combine our knowledge and skills to deliver quality results. We believe in continuous learning, staying up to date with industry standards, and making sure every project is completed with care and professionalism.
