We developed a rodent problem at our house. An EDGE representative came out and did a thorough inspection and set up bait stations, explaining everything as he went. Really good information about what attracts rats and mice and how to keep them out of the house. After about a week, we were still having some issues, so another representative came out free of charge to assess the situation. He did another full inspection, set some new bait stations and answered more of my questions. Very thorough and informative. Although we're still having issues, I'm confident this problem will eventually be solved and that EDGE will be responsive every step of the way. I have nothing but good to say about their team approach.

Andy Eberly gave us very good advice on how we could take care of rat entry issues surrounding our house, and then he and his crew cleaned out our crawl space--following help from one of his partners, and we have been rodent free since Nov. of 2014. He is a fine communicator and knows how to look at critter spaces (even taking photos of suspected entry and exit spots). We appreciated Andy and his crew, and the results have been excellent following our initial panic!
