- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First meet with them to discuss their goals and talk about limitations they might have typically due to previous injuries or health conditions. Then go through basic exercises and movements to determine exactly what they are able to perform and what they need to work on the most.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.S. from the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse in Exercise and Sport Science with a minor in Nutrition and Strength and conditioning. I also have a M.S. from Appalachian State University in Exercise Science.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
All ages from 8-81. Younger kids through college tend to be athletes.
