Nick is outstanding. I'm a single middle aged female and I invited him to my home. I'm cautious, but I read his reviews and trusted them...He was prompt, even calling me to say he was minutes away. He has never been late, he is energetic and excited to share his extended knowlege of both nutrition and fitness. He is insightful, encouraging and tailors his workouts to an individual. I never felt embarrassed, even though I huffed the whole way. He knows weightlifting, yoga and Pilates. This young man is sharp and driven. Hire him, without question. You get your monies worth, plus some. His enthusiasm is contagious. Any lack of progress is due to our own lack of follow through!!!

As a professional dancer I am always a bit leary of taking Mass movement classes of any kind. I was lucky enough to take yoga classes with Mark Staley when he was teaching in the studio in Shadyside. He is a warm, generous teacher - clearly creating a professional but yet open environment that was supportive for the very diverse level of Yoga Practitioners that were in the class. Providing clear direction and inspiration as well as group and individual comments. His sense of concern, passion, and physical understanding was evident from the very beginning through to the end of each class.

    Yoga is a gateway to good health. Health Thru Yoga has taught me that I am my body, mind, spirit, and breath, and that health is a lifelong practice. I have learned how to care for myself as I change and grow and I feel better equipped to make life-enhancing choices. My yoga classes with Lesli are excellent, enjoyable, and a tremendous opportunity for learning. She is a creative, caring, and deeply committed teacher. Lisa began her yoga journey as a child in elementary school where her physical education included yoga postures and sequences for children. Having studied the philosophy for many years in 2005, she took a 14-month teacher certification course from the Temple of Kriya Yoga out of Chicago. Her studies included all eight limbs of yoga with a focus on pranayama (breathing), asana (poses), and dhyana (meditation). In the beginning of 2012, she furthered her Kriya Yoga studies with a two-year advanced program through the Temple. She studied world religions and spirituality, astrology, meditative prayer, meditations, pranayama, karma studies, and mantra as well as many more subjects in this genre.
