Friendly, Personable, and Flexible. So far I really enjoy my personal trainer, at first I didn't want a guy but I give it a try and I don't mind having a male personal trainer. He pushes me harder and encourages me to do good :)
I had a great experience training with Kirk. I have issues with my back and my knees and he was very careful and cautious when determining my workouts. He is very focused and knowledgeable when it comes to physical fitness and proper diet. I achieved the results I wanted as well as increased my overall energy and strength. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a personal trainer.
Kara is an awesome Personal Trainer! I hate exercise, and Kara manages to make it fun with her special brand of encouragement. She knows how to motivate me like no other! In fact, I've worked with personal trainers in the past, and I have never stuck with it for more than three weeks. I have been working with Kara one to two times each week for a few months now, and I have lost about 10 lbs. Kara is always willing to work around my hectic schedule, and she is able to adjust workouts because of my health issues that can sometimes make working out painful. Kara has taken the time to show me proper form for a variety of exercises, and I now have the confidence to work out at home. Kara is the best around!!

Karen was my first personal trainer. She educated me on proper technique, healthy food choices, and always inspired and motivated me. If I still lived in PA she would be my trainer. Karen is very knowledgeable and excellent in personal training. She knows what she's talking about.

I began working out with Carrie A Groff over 6 months ago. We began with warmups, weight training, stationary lunges, ab crunches, and cool down stretches. What impressed me about Carrie is that she did a complete health assessment prior to creating my work-out & created exercises that would not affect my RA inflammation. We now do walking work-outs stopping at benches along the way not to rest but to do squats, push-ups and leg lifts. If you want a Personal Trainer who really cares about you and your health then Carrie is the one!
This trainer helped educate and demonstrate a safe and correct way to use equipment and create a daily work out that is modifiable and obtainable. Chad is very knowledgable in fitness and weight loss. He incorporates many different fitness routines to not only strengthen different areas but to keep each session upbeat and fresh. I love it here. When I first started a little over a year ago I knew nothing about lifting. Bob took his time in teaching me the proper foundation so I felt safe while lifting. He also made it fun an exciting. Each day was different! I really liked how he is organized and writes the workout down to better track my progress. He is very personable and really make a lifting fun!! I wouldn't go to any other gym. I highly recommend home team!!
Dan is a very knowledgeable personal trainer who created a program for me that met all of my goals, building strength, stamina, and reduction of back pain. Additionally, I was able to reduce my body fat by 3% and took 2 inches off my waist in a short 6 weeks. While I have a good setup of equipment, Dan was able to show me exercises that didn't require a lot of equipment that still provide effective results. I recommend Dan highly and could easily say that if you're willing to put in the effort, you'll definitely see results!!

Toms Dedication to my success I leg press 700 pounds (not a typo) now, lift a little more than half my body weight in pull-ups and dips, and bench press roughly 35 pounds on average. In order to understand what a true accomplishment this is you must first understand the obstacles I was forced to overcome and how Tom helped me through it all. I was in a major car accident in 2011. The vehicle hit mine head on. My car battery was moved from the front left to the back center. The steel plate my chair rested on broke in half and dropped. The vehicle stopped just shy of the dashboard and firewall. I was unable to work for 3 months. For those 3 months my life consisted of nothing but doctors appointments, medicine, and slow physical therapy. The doctors told me I was lucky I wasnt paralyzed. They said because I worked out prior to my accident (roughly 5-7 hours a week for 3 months) my muscles were able to absorb the impact but now theyre stuck and would need to be drugged to unclench and then I would have to relearn how to use each and every muscle in my body. I took a total of 3 months of physical therapy and followed every instruction they gave me determined to get better. They said I could now function well enough to get by in life and I was released. What this meant was I could now walk for a few minutes without help or getting winded. I could stand for roughly 5 minutes before feeling total exhaustion. My doctor told me I would be on pain medication for the rest of my life. The doctors even offered to paralyze nerve endings so I wouldnt feel the pain. I was greatly discouraged but unable to accept a lifetime of drugs and pain. I went to a local gym that hired full-time personal trainers. I met with the manager on staff and after explaining my story he gave me a look that said we cant help her, but well leave that to the trainer. He told me they only had 1 trainer on staff with the kind of qualifications I needed who MIGHT be able to help me. I met Tom. Tom sat me down for a consultation asking me my limitations and goals. As I explained each and every medical condition, I became very discouraged. For the first time, I thought there was no hope for me. He took thorough notes and said Okay, give me a few days to come up with an exercise plan. I could see his mind working and I was afraid he would turn me away even after his encouragement. I met with Tom for the first training session. He learned very quickly my muscle strength was so limited I had trouble lifting my arms or legs let alone any added weight or resistance. I was determined not to let him down or show any weakness by saying I cant. Tom would watch every move and watch my face and he would stop me while doing exercises because he could see my pain and he would relentlessly ask what hurt. When I would tell him, instead of getting discouraged he would simply tell me Okay, I know another way to exercise that muscle without straining these muscles. He would then lead me through another exercise and carefully watch to make sure I didnt hurt myself. After the first month of working out with Tom, I slept a full nights sleep without pain in my neck. These are the same muscles with nerve endings the doctors wanted to paralyze. After 6 months of training I was stronger than where I started in some areas before the accident. After a year, I had full range and I was able to use some form of resistance or weights on all muscle groups. I have continued to hire Tom each year and while the gym we work out as has changed in addition to my workout goals, the workouts are still just as challenging and ever changing. I have gone from complete discouragement and a sense of despair to hopeful and excited to workout. The highlights in my week are my workouts because I know that each goal is within reach and Tom is the perfect expert trainer to help me meet each and every goal I set for myself. We are both still amazed at how far I have come from where I started. To this day I have not seen or heard of a trainer to be his equal. Tom changes the workout routines consistently. He focuses on your goals and not on what he thinks your goals should be. He is a trainer who utilizes every piece of equipment and environment for physical growth (parks, outdoor/ indoor, machines, free weights, and all forms of cardio equipment). My personal favorites are the heavy bag, leg press, and bench press. Tom challenges me and he is the ONLY TRAINER I will ever work with. I thank God for Tom and greatly appreciate all he has done for me. While he pushed me to succeed physically he also helped restore my faith in myself. Tom taught me its not a competition between my physical abilities and others but rather its a personal challenge to grow spiritually and physically. ~Tricia

He also always mixed up his workout routines.He was always very dependable and there early to start working out on time.Rich always gave a good workout and I was never disappointed. I actually followed Rich when he moved to different jobs. His last move was to far and I could not commute. I was sorry to see him leave our area!!!
