What an amazing program! I have used traditional trainers in the past and did so so with them. I decided a few months ago to try again and was introduced to Vertex's remote trainer fitness training! It's like having a personal trainer on retention! I told Chase my goals, we had a few conversations about what it was I was looking for then he put together an amazing routine. I went to my own gym after work and with his guidance knocked out my workouts. He answered every question I had and was right there whenever I needed his help. This is the best fitness program I have ever used. It has taught me how my fitness routines should be structured and has set me up for a lifetime of progress, which is exactly what I needed. I wanted to learn, not be told what to do. Think outside the box, this is the internet age and this is the type of innovative fitness training I was looking for. Crissa Jackson is an outstanding personal trainer. Me and two of my training partners used Crissa to prepare for a Tough Mudder race. Wow is all I can say. With her superb coaching we finished in style and were the oldest competitors there. Our ages range from 55-59 years old. Crissa has a keen understanding of the older athlete and the much needed recovery time between workouts. I was very sad to see her move out of California as I miss her and her coaching. Do yourself a favor and hire her as your personal trainer! You will get stronger and feel better! She is the best!!

On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate Julien a 10. In addition to being extremely knowledgeable and professional, he also is able to craft an exercise program to suit your particular needs and age. I probably am one of Julien's older clients so I really do appreciate the fact that when we do an exercise he takes the time to explain in detail the purpose behind it.
