Ryan with Roof Dr LLC was able to repair/replace the flashing/boot on the vent leading out of my roof in a hurry, and did an awesome job! He responded to my Thumbtack post almost immediately, gave a very fair quote for the job, and was able to schedule the repair very quickly. I love the fact that there is a 5 year warranty on the work, his responsiveness and quality of work. I’d definitely recommend him for roofing issues and repairs

I had a small leak in my roof vent. I reached out to Ryan on a Monday and he responded within minutes. We talked that day and he gave me a preliminary estimate over the phone. We agreed on the work and he came out the very next day! The repairs were quick and done very well. Ryan and his team were very friendly and professional and I am extremely satisfied with the work. I honestly couldn't believe that the entire process took less than 48 hours! I highly recommend him and will not hesitate to call again should any ever need work again.

Response time was immediate and he explained things in detail. He came out to look at my roof quickly and then after we agreed he would do the work he completed it the next day. Replaced shingles and painted chimney. Also replaced a couple shingles on my shed and cleaned out gutters. My type of Shingle is no longer available so picked one that blends in and you can not notice from the road.

Ryan and his crew did a great job removing old flashing that was improperly installed and causing interior water damage. The new flashing is more than double in size from what had been there before and I feel confident that I won't have any more leaks. He is super responsive and answered questions I had almost immediately. The repair was absolutely worth what I paid and I have the reassurance of the 5-year warranty he provides.
