My daughter and I have been working out with Phil for about a month now and love it! Each workout is different from the last. He checks in every week for feedback and reacts accordingly. Having worked out with trainers for over 10 years I'm very happy with Phil, his philosophy that you can get a good quality workout in a 1/2 hour by being efficient and his ability to create fun, effective workout for my daughter and I.

Elizabeth is fantastic! She put everything together for me in a format that was easy to manage and easy to understand. Her meal plans have helped me to lose already over 5 pounds in two weeks!! Not only did she help me with meal planning, but also helped me determine what exercise level was best for me to achieve the results I wanted. I started this at 190 and I weighed in today at 184.4. This is the healthiest "diet" I feel I have ever been on. I feel full throughout the day and I feel I am getting all the nutrients I am meant to get!

Jen has the routine figured out ahead of time, and it's never the same routine. She also keeps in contact in-between sessions to see if I'm doing my homework with nutrition and exercise. Jen is great to work with, understands if you need a break and also knows when to push you.

Gian is a great trainer. He is able to custom tailor a workout plan for every client based on specific goals, concerns, and abilities. His focus on technique really puts you at ease that you will never be pushed to compete an excessive that is unsafe. We just finished 10 weeks of training together and because of the results Gian was able to help me achieve I have extended for an entire year. Gian is personable and professional and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a personal trainer.

I've worked with many trainers over the years and Mike is simply the best. I've been coming to him for several years and he has seen me though several injuries including a bad knee sprain. I have my full range of motion back and have been able to keep exercising without doing more damage. Mike is very knowledgeable and keeps me moving and motivated!

I’m so lucky I found Tony. He is very responsive and knowledgeable. He’s gotten me into gear and I can feel the difference already. I’ve already had four sessions and have no intention of stopping any time soon. He really is a great trainer, he does not allow any distractions to interfere with your work out, he is never on his cell phone and is completely committed to helping you do the workouts correctly. His studio is very nice, clean, quiet, and relaxing to workout in, also a bonus I never have parking issues. If you’re looking for a new trainer I highly recommend Tony at Adult Gym!!

I have gone to several Sweat classes taught by Tav! He's an awesome trainer who puts together a great workout for your whole body!! A lot of times trainers or small groups can be very intimidating but he makes you feel comfortable and capable of getting done a really tough workout! I would definitely recommend Tav as a personal trainer and as an instructor for any class that he's teaching!!

Musa is a great trainer. The workouts are always varied and kept interesting. There is no time for muscle memory so the results have been amazing. Musa is great to work with and flexible which was a huge factor in fitting work outs in my varied, busy schedule. There is no doubt that I achieved results with his approach. I have been working with Jacque for over a year. I have worked with many other trainers over many years but she is definitely the best ever. She knows her anatomy and physiology as thoroughly as anyone could. Consequently she has been able to quickly solve any problem I ever had since she has such a complete understanding of what’s going on. She has always designed sessions which strenghtened my physical weaknesses without ever causing harm. She always said that what came first for her is safety. She often refuses to allow me to add weights or push myself past levels she thought I wasn’t ready for. Invariably she is right. And sessions are always fun and well balanced. It’s been so exciting to watch my strength and levels of fitness grow beyond my expectations—particularly at my age (75) She is excellent with clients who are reasonably fit and strong—but also with the way out of shape people who need rehabilitation on a large scale. I believe that her knowledge of physiology, understanding of how to safely achieve maximal progress coupled w. Her personal skills make her an exceptionally fine trainer. I feel lucky to have found her.

Beth is not only an excellent personal trainer, but also a wonderful person. Her workouts are challenging and always changing so you never get bored. Beth pushes you to work harder than you think you can which makes you feel great when you're done. She gives you tips, tools, and encouragement so you can reach your goals as quickly as possible.
