Katie is a wonderful trainer and exactly what I need in my life! I explained to her what I was looking for in a work out (and a trainer) and she came up with a plan that fit and continued to change it as I met my goals. She is also encouraging the whole way through and really pushed me to get the maximum results! Highly recommend Katie to help you meet your personal fitness goals!! I generally dread working out. But Katie helped me by motivating me to work harder than I wanted to and making me reach my full potential. Plus, the pounds I shed were a nice bonus :-)
