Here at Apex we specialize in personal training and fitness boot camps! Each training session is 45 minutes long and fitness classes are 1 hour! Each training session is filled with strength training, cardiovascular exercises, and core strengthening! Do our best to keep the workouts exciting and challenging for all fitness levels! Boot camps are a little more intense but still tailored to fit every level of fitness and challenge you to push yourself! First training session is FREE and once you sign up you will have great competitive prices and a chance to purchase a meal plan designed to your needs and daily life! Contact me now!

They're so nice there. They do an amazing job at helping you reach your goals. They don't judge you for what you're trying to do, and they do a wonderful job motivating you without pushing you to a breaking point like some personal trainers do. I love it there.

Greg is the best trainer in the Lehigh Valley. I can always count on getting a good workout when I come in for a session. Every time I leave from a workout I feel great!

Greg, has been training me for a year and the sessions are awesome. You know it’s a good workout when you can’t feel your limbs, you cus at him and all he does is laugh with a smile. This is because he knows he is doing his job well. Greg has helped my body do things it couldn’t do a year ago!

I use to weigh about 220lbs. I tried losing the weight on my own but I couldn't get motivated. Then Greg approached me about having train me. I took him up on his offer and I went from 220 to 180lbs! I lost 40 in just a few months! He gave me so much motivation to push myself and to be a better me. If you need a trainer and someone to keep you motivated, Greg is that guy. I highly recommend him. I still train with him even after the success I had because he believes you should always strive for more!!!
