Introduction
I have been in fitness and martial arts for over 30 years. I have multiple balcony belts in various martial arts. I also lift, do strength and conditioning, I have also done Tough Mudders and Spartan races.
I currently teach 3 classes at one martial arts academy and 3 classes at another academy. I am also currently studying for my personal training certification from NASM.
I am a higher level martial artist and I honestly care about everyone and everyone getting stronger and better and bringing out their most potential. I can guarantee anyone that knows me, will vouch for my impeccable character.

I have two kids who have been receiving private kickboxing lessons from Chan at our home. I wanted them to build some confidence and do an exercise they found fun instead of boring. Chan has brought both kids out of their shell. I can hear them laughing as he's teaching because he makes it fun for kids, but at the same time, he makes sure they're learning valuable skills to help defend themselves. They're learning how to punch, kick, and block, and the confidence in them is definitely growing and teaching them that stepping out of their comfort zone can be a GOOD thing. I can't recommend Chan enough for helping my kids grow and learn life skills in what they think is just a fun class.

I am a father of 4 and my oldest son was becoming a punching bag for bullies. I wanted him to get trained but also be able to make it evident that he wasn’t the aggressor. Coach Chan has done such a good job training my oldest son that all of my sons now take private lessons.
