Shorts Catering and Charcuterie was very professional, responsive, and attentive to all of the needs for my catering services. Dana took time to talk through details all the way up until the day before the event. Shorts Catering and Charcuterie team was respectful, professional, and very personable. The presentation of the food and the set up of the beverages was awesome. The onsite preparation of food was top tier. One of the staff members was able to receive scrambled eggs the way she prefers and was very grateful for that. The staff truly enjoyed their catered breakfast experience for Teacher Appreciation Week. I look forward to more experiences with Shorts Catering and Charcuterie in the future!

Shorts Catering did my event as a last minute request and I was beyond impressed. They responded quickly, was prompt and on time and showed the highest level of professionalism. But most importantly, the food was AMAZING! I have referred this company to friends and family and I will absolutely be calling them again in the future. You will not be disappointed.
