I've been doing the Body & Soul boot camp for a year now, and I'm thrilled with the results ~ not only in how my clothes fit, but also how I feel and the positive comments I've received from others. Workouts are based on fitness level and are easily increased (i.e., weights, speed, duration) as we progress. Every workout is different so that it doesn't become a boring routine. Every workout is carefully planned so that every part of your body is targeted, and your core is strengthened. This is the best, most effective program for getting fit and firm (and don't worry ladies, no bulking up here). If it wasn't good, I would have quit a long time ago like I did with other fitness programs.

I've been extremely pleased with BSF. Have been a client of Mickey's since Aug. of 2014 and see a tremendous difference in my strength, endurance, and overall fitness, not to mention the improvements in body fat percentage and how my clothes fit. Even my surgical oncologist commented on how good my abs look. Having lost my abdominal muscles on my left side, I thought there would always be limits on my activity - not so anymore! Mickey takes the time to evaluate each persons abilities and limitations and then customizes exercises tailored to you.
